So if you're ready, I'm ready. Let's get started. Hey, guys, how is everyone doing? Oh my gosh, this episode was definitely unplanned and yet extremely necessary. And so today I really want to just have a sit down with you guys and have a really good chat about what's going on at the moment. Our world is in a lot of turmoil, but also at the same time, there is a lot of transformation, and in that transformation, we get to choose to move through it with fear or with love. And I wanted to share five ways on how we're moving through it, you know, in the only hustle business what Michael and I are doing to future proof our business to help you also find some comfort during this time, but also to share with you an updated set, a travel plan type itinerary. A lot of you have been asking me on instagram and on linked in what's going on. And what are you guys going to be doing so happy to update you all on that? But first and foremost, I hope you're all keeping safe and being safe with all of the regulated and required actions your governments are implementing and suggesting So my focus for this episode is really to help you future proof your business through this time and also share with you just some of the positivity and the way that I look at the world. My lenses always with ruby coloured glasses, my lenses always with practicality. And a lot of people find that sort of energy very healing and very grounding. So I know that this is the way that I'm supposed to show up and share with all of you today listening in. And I just really want to open up a space ah, heart space for all of the listeners right now and let you know that this uncertainty shall also pass. Okay, But in this moment I'm holding such gratitude for all of you that we have this community and I want to share so much love and light during this great time of fear. You know, during any time of uncertainty, I want to share this mantra, this philosophy that I hold and it is that the most selfless thing you can do is to firstly fill up your in a cup. Right? Society right now is operating in a such a topsy turvy way in such a great state of panic. Are you reacting to it or are you responding to it? One is fear based and one is loved based. This week, I came across my first ever deck of Oracle cards and I shared it on Instagram storeys. I think it came to me at the perfect time. I've been looking for a deck for the longest time you guys, like over a year. I was sharing with Lindsay. You know that I work with Lindsay Schreuder, who's my spiritual coach that Oh, my gosh. This deck just came to me. And this time last year, maybe a little longer than that. I was hanging out with my best friend Jessa Shadow Jesse Lewis on DH Her and I had this incredible four days together. She came over from North Australia in Queensland and came down to Melbourne and spent some time with me before we took off overseas. And we thought would be really fun to go to a metaphysical shop and go crystal shopping and just get into, like, you know, see what magic is around. And I tell you what, As soon as we went into this metaphysical shop, it was like Jess was drawn to the corner of this beautiful store and she picked up this deck of cards and started telling me about this artist and how gorgeous Thie artwork wass and how she admired the artist so much. And she just could not put down his deck. And I understood to her, Jess, like clearly this decades for you, like it literally called you over and you cannot put it down. So of course she bought it. And ever since I saw that happen, I realised just how often spiritually tools called tow us. And it was the same exact thing when I picked up this beautiful deck. I will link it down. Below It is by a woman and a spiritually light worker called Rebecca Campbell, and she said something in inside the booklet of the off the deck, like the guide book, if you like, and it really hit home. It said, If your inner well isn't full, you'll find yourself craving things from the outside world to fill it. And it got me thinking our bodies instinctively want to actually reach for grounding and nurturing from within. But are we allowing ourselves to nourish from this place? Or instead, are we seeking Mohr from what the media and external sources report on in order to find hope and trust and belief? There definitely was a time in business in Korea in relationships where I was seeking so much external validation and almost just wanting someone to tell me that it was going to be okay, that it wouldn't be a massive failure, that things were going to work out. But ultimately in looking back, what got me through those really uncertain times and this time and this age and what we're going through at the moment, not just as a society but as a human race. It's made me realise how much of what we're actually looking for is how we rewire our internal compass and how we nurture ourselves from the inside out. Which brings me back to my very first point right that if you are not filling up your in a cup, it's quite selfish. If you think about it that way, it's selfless to firstly, look after what's inside before you can give to others. Keeping ourselves grounded from within will also raise our vibration. This in turn in a very physical sense, keeps our immunity up as soon as we start feeling stressed, overly anxious, we're losing sleep. That's all we're talking about. What is it doing? Tow us at a cellular level? Of course, it's going to have a hit on our immunity, and right now, in this moment, that is the one golden thing we're hanging on to. From a physicality perspective, we're hanging on to how we can keep our bodies strong, right, keeping our immunity system up, and through that positivity were able Teo share what the world needs most deep replenishment, Deep love d trust. I definitely had a moment and Dionne Warwick, moment what the work means now. Eyes love, sweet love Oh my gosh, I played it like five times today on Repeat it did things to my soul and did things to my soul. And Teddy started learning the words He's my four year olds and I'm like, Yes, let's jam to this And it raised a vibration. The whole household was up dancing, you know, it was really beautiful. So given that we are in a state of retreat as a human race, you know, we're being told to self isolate and words like quarantine and locked down all these really heavy words right now driven and floating around media society, we're in a state of retreat. I choose to see it from an energetic CE perspective as retreat rest, self healing exactly what the world needs right now. Take this time to just do thiss take the time to stay healthy. Take the time to show compassion. Send light, send light on your hustle family. So before we dive into the five tips I have, I want to share with you a journal prompt for today. So if you're I know many of you listen to my podcasts with a journal out and a pen. I absolutely love that. The journal prom for today is what are you doing to replenish from within? What are you doing to replenish from within? And it will really just be a mega list of things that make your soul seeing right and makes your souls out there just cry out from such a beautiful, positive space. It maybe putting on some music and playing it on repeat yesterday I made it my mission because in all honesty, I'm not immune to this whole crazy media fearmongering speculation, staff. And you know all the forecasting off what can often make us feel so trapped and helpless and out of control. I'm definitely not someone who can completely blocked that out. I mean, social media is my job. I'm on there and I can see it. As soon as I open up Facebook and linked in an instagram. It is everywhere. And if you guys have parents, you know, like mine, who almost just love reporting the news again and again. It's hard to block it out because you do want to have time with the family. But if your family loves to watch the news, then it just is kind of like a big you know what I mean? Like, it's like a never ending kind of circle. So yesterday I made a decision that I would do everything that would make me so happy and raise my vibration. And it worked. It worked. It brought me into such a golden golden space and some of the things I did I open my day, of course, with journaling and meditation. This was before I got my new set of Oracle cards. So, you know, the day just got better. I decided that I was going to cook a beautiful meal for the family, So I walked down to the local shops like the local supermarket. I bought some beautiful groceries and I cooked up a gorgeous roast for the whole family, and we loved it like the boys ate all of it on DH. I danced with the family. I told you that earlier I called my best friend's. I spoke to them and we talked about what was going on, but in a really positive way and really holding space for such beauty to come from this and some of you might be triggered from that. But really, it was almost like a beauty in Connexion, which I'll talk about in just a second, also holding space for my clients who need me. So I have private clients and mastermind clients who have access to me over a walkie talkie app called Boxer. And typically speaking, I don't turn on Fox on the weekends. It's my time to spend with the family. If I was working in a day job, I'd be saying no e mails, no phone calls, obviously. And I usually draw my boundaries with Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. I'm available. I'm here. I'm active. But this time I just felt like I wanted to reach out to all of my clients. You know, see how everybody was doing so holding a lot of space for my clients who need me right now, some of them are extremely worried about how it's going to affect their natures and their particular businesses. Others are feeling really positive and they can see the light. They can see how this particular climate, how much the world needs them and what they're doing with the world, which I love. I also enjoyed several cups of beautifully brewed coffee. You know, like it was so gorgeous. My friend Adelaide introduced me to the era press. I know I'm super, super, super late to the game, but it was so good. I did Cem Yin yoga, more meditations. And I spent so much time with my new deck of cards, which you know I had bought early in the day. I got to read and activate the cars. I was just feeling into the energy off, looking at how beautiful they were. I mean, this felt so nourishing for the soul. So coming back to the journal prom for today, What are you doing to replenish from within? Okay, so with the foundation's spiritually foundations and energetic foundations always come first. Let's talk about how we can move through this time and the five tips that I have to help you create more security and almost like more of a knowing of how to get into this almost a cz thiss space of like Okay, I've got this. We've got the spiritually foundations. Let's keep going. So point number one is Don't stop. Don't stop. Some of you are thinking, Oh my gosh, like do I stop launching? Do I stop selling dough? I stop showing up dough. I stop my automated posts. What do I do? What do I do? What I do is inconsiderate for me to show up. Is it something that would be seen as a judgmental thing by society? If I continue to shop in my business as my coach, Sabrina would say, And she has said to us, it's not like Coca Cola. Stop selling Coke or it's not like any shops that you go into decides. Like all this whole thing is happening in the world. We're actually going to close down our business. We get to move forward. One of my fundamental philosophies is when you were in your purpose work. You sell and you share from a place of soul knowing you're here to help and serve. How does your business help and serve at this time? Looking at it from that frame and that lens, it is that much easier to show up with so much power. So I know during this time I'm here to help you start your businesses, scale your businesses, build companies that us so excited by to share with the world and you stand up in your message and in your truth and that in itself during this time, retreat and replenishment. What a wonderful way to make the best use of this time. Especially if you're aside, Hustler. And you're working from home that little bit Mohr You may have more time now to focus on building your purpose led business. And whilst I'm saying don't stop, I'm also saying to you, Let's take a look at a pivot. Where in your business do you possibly need to take another look around and make a slight pivot or a change? Listen to your intuition. So in my case, I had a launch all planned out, ready to go. We were literally ready to go for the 19th of March in four days time. As of this recording, the team was ready. We had all the marketing Colette already, and given the severity of where we're at right now with the world climate, I made a decision today that we were going to pivot into another launch. This other launch was something that we had put into the background maybe for later on this year. But now I realise and recognise how much this other launch is required before the big one. And so you'll be starting to see a lot of that action coming soon. If you follow me on any of my social media platforms, if you're in the membership, I'm going to take you through the pivot. If you're a private client or in the mastermind, I'm going to share with you thie ins and outs of what this pivot means for our business. But and you know, I could definitely talk about it in a future podcast episode, but we've switched launchers. Other things that I've decided to do is we had some automated posts that we're going to go out. I have paused all the automated posts so that I'm writing from the heart. I don't have a whole heap of automated post, but my team, for example, have some instagram quotes that we had lined up for every other day linked in articles. We had a few banked up, but this time around we're actually going tio pause that because I have something really special for linked in at this time and obviously with the podcast, for example, I had an interview lined up, which just means that will delay it by another weak. Because I wanted to chat to you guys about this topic. So thinking about ways that you can pivot, what launches you had planned, what social media content you had plan? Be aware, be considerate. Listen to what your audience in your tribe need from you right now and what they need from you right now is a sense of comfort is a sense of security is a sense of moving forward is a sense of community. So thinking about that, you might you might want to write that down. What has some ideas That air coming up for you at this present time? Okay, Number two. I want to talk about the positive aspects of having monthly recurring revenue. This is something that I built up in my business mid half mid halfway through midway through last year, where I started to do Mohr deeper level or higher level programmes where there would be ongoing monthly revenue. The membership started to really take off and grow. We started Teo implement things like extended payment plans and organising events in advance and getting deposits up front in advance, which all contributes to a growing your monthly recurring revenue and income and your business. So this took the pressure off always needing toe launch month on month. If you're a coach or a service based entrepreneur and you feel like Oh my gosh like that is me and I feel right now that I'm so dependent on launches, you may want to think about ways that you can start to change the way that your clients are paying for your services. You may want to extend out payment plans, or you might want to offer in future launches a more generous way to increase that. That ability for you to draw in income if you already have monthly memberships. This's also a really great time to build that community up and being able to say, you know what, like, given that we're all in this period of time right now, you may want Cem further ongoing support come into the membership. Let's stay connected. And also it's a fantastic way for you to grow your monthly recurring income on the income side of things. You may also see some benefits, so given that we are asked to stay indoors and not be in close proximity with others and social distancing and all those things right that our governments are saying. You'll also start to notice that potentially, you're not spending as much. And if you were in a position where your business is heavily involved with, you know, maybe you're flying a lot or travelling a lot, your travel costs may go down. At this time, I'm guessing that they would. Entertainment costs might go down at this time, so thinking about it from that perspective, your income also has both positive and also a positive view and light, as well as opportunities for you to grow and think about your income structure in its slightly different way. Number three. It is such a beautiful time to grow your community. Such a beautiful time to really connect in with your tribe. Why, well, thinking about once again, given that we're all us to stay indoors, work from home, you know we're going to have a lot more time now to connect online and guess what happens during this period of time. A very physical thing happens. We start to crave human connexion Mohr than anything. It's so funny. I'm sure Some of you can relate to this, that a soon as you left the office and you've quit your 9 to 5 and he started to work from home. I know for me personally, I craved him Connexion so much I would just go sit in a busy, loud cafe or co working space just to hear other humans and to be around the energy of the hustle and the bustle and take a feel that motivation to keep going. Sometimes when you work from home and it's just all too quiet, you're in your head so much, there's way too much temptation to turn on Netflix. And to keep going to the pantry and eating good food or bad food, you just crave it. And so, in this time, where there is mass disconnection with other humans, where we going to find that we're going to online memberships? Right. So I know right now I'm going to be doing a lot more live streams into my tribe's, whether it be unlinked in live, whether it be on Facebook or Instagram live into my memberships, I'm going to be creating a lot Mohr op teens and learnings and free training so that my community have a way to connect not just with me, but with the only hustle movement and the tribe there. So thinking about it for your own business, how can you continue to grow your community in a really connected way? Number four. Let's focus on the big picture. Even thiss time shall pass. How do you choose to be spending these next three months or so? Three months or so, like as a general time frame in fear, Reading all the news hour by hour or or diving into personal development, connecting with your mentors and your coach. Creating an asset for the future. Maybe your building courses or thinking about hosting your own online virtual event or growing your memberships. What are you doing to focus on the bigger picture? If you have been sitting there for the last week consuming, consuming, consuming all the crazy news that's out there, whether it be fake news or just an overload of research. And you're so deep into what's going on with what? You know, the Corona virus and it's behaviours and what it's doing to other people around the world. How much time have you spent doing that. And how much time have you been spending on thinking about that bigger picture and feeding back into what will eventually pass in a way that we can use thiss time so wisely to replenish, to recharge and also to create beautiful things in this world linked to our purpose? We do not get to drop the ball on our purpose because we're isolated in the house thinking about how you spend your time wisely reaching towards Mohr of what you want in this world. What a beautiful time to create what a gift this is for many of us who are asked to stay at home. We've always said we don't have time. There's so much travel involved with work. And I haven't had a minute to sit down. You know, this is a great time to think about how we convey best use it and number five take time to level the fuck up. Okay, so if you do now see Oh, my gosh. Like I have been spending so much of my resource and my energy focused on fear and worrying about what is next. And now you're saying, Oh, my gosh, I have this opportunity and this gift. I know what I'll be doing. I'm going to go through my trainings and courses that I bought. I have to admit I'm the type that will buy courses and not look at it for some time. So, personally, I'm going to go back into courses, actually, take the damn courses up level myself and my learnings. I like. For example, I was in Gabby Bernsteins spirit junkies, masterclass. I think I only did like to trainings in them. My first coach unlocked so much trainings for me, and I think I only really watched, like 1 to 2 of her trainings. My current coach has some trainings in there that I haven't yet looked at. So so many resource is air out there for you. And if it's not paid, looking at free courses ways in which that you can read books, listen to podcasts, spend extra time with a coach connecting with a mastermind. I know that I'm going to be connecting in with my masterminds, both the ones that I am teaching in and mentoring and as well as the one that I'm in tow up level in and diving into and connecting with one another and my online tribe and family.
