 Hello guys. Welcome back to the Flow State Business Podcast. If you are new here, my name is Ruby. I'm your host. I have built a multiple seven figure coaching business over the last seven years, and I've done it with a whole lot of heart, a lot of transparency, trusting in the flow of things. And basically I use this podcast to document whatever the things are that's going on behind the business week on week.

So every single Wednesday, a new episode hits the airwaves. And today is an episode where I want to share something that's literally just happened, how I turned. A $147 offer into an offer that is well and truly going to be in the multiple five figures, and my mindset and my mentality around selling low ticket, why it was so easy to do over the first 10 days, what plans I have for it moving forward into the rest of this year.

And the reason why I think it's really cool to be able to share this is because I know a lot of you are. Playing with different price points. You know, I love charging premium. I love being in high ticket. I've also really reestablished my love of low ticket, easy funnel selling. I wanna share as much that I can with you before it starts being such a normality that I kind of forget the early days.

You know, like I wanna be able to document it as we go. So anyhow, let's, let's jump in because I know today's gonna be really fun, as always, very breezy and. Please do let me know if you love these sorts of topics where I'm just unpacking and documenting exactly what happened in the week before. Anyhow, so I was sitting on my balcony this morning.

I still feels like I've just moved into this place. I've been here for almost three months now. The ocean always takes my breath away. I'm sitting there with my cup of coffee in the morning watching everybody walk their dogs. The sun was just coming up like around six 30 this morning, and I just found myself reflecting on what I know that I'm really meant to share.

Inside of my business this year, maybe even into next year, who knows where the flow's gonna take me. I'm like, bloody Mary Poppins going wherever the wind is wanting to take me. But I am just constantly, right now in awe of how easy it is to make sail and make daily sails and that this passive funnel that we are building out since November last year, and really it's been.

Fully into action around December, so let's call it three or four months. And just how grateful I am for this season of business and how simple it feels because I really, really trust in what's being built. There's so much belief around it. And I know it sounds like kind of odd and strange to be like, what do you mean belief around a small ticket offer?

And there's nuances behind it because I've always been a high ticket, you know, coach, I've always sold masterminds and private coaching containers, and I have clients who pay me a hundred grand a year and to be able to reestablish my love of low ticket, I. Also requires a lot of trust and belief. So that's what I mean by that.

And I know, I know, I know that there is a lot of you out there who's trying to make logical sense of how something super low ticket, like a $7 offer could lead to a premium client. But it really does, and it's just reminded me so much of how you can change your business model or how you decide to sell, or who you decide to be when you create from a place of clean energy instead forcing something to happen.

Or when you start with the vision first, like I talk about it inside of my coaching groups where it's this like massively transformative vision of how many people you wanna impact and how you see your work, your body of work, really making change in this lifetime, in this generation on earth time. And then being able to execute on that and feeling like.

I'm creating from a place that feels so good as opposed to a place where it has to work, it needs to work, and there's just like a ton of attachment behind it. So yeah, it's definitely brought me back to ground and I love it and I just wanna share every single tiny win with you and massive win and be able to just show you guys the journey because there's so much out there right now that's like.

I have made all of this money and I'm successful and you kind of don't know the full shall you know, enchilada. I was gonna say you, I dunno why, you just dunno the full story and you know, I think if this is an example I. Of how it gets to work. Even for me, seven years into business, I feel like I'm always starting over.

I feel like I'm always rediscovering different parts of myself and redoing parts of the business that doesn't feel great anymore. And so there's always a new start. It's not like, oh my gosh, I'm seven years in and I'm made it. It doesn't feel like that to both me and my husband. We run the business together.

It always just feels like something new and something exciting. So anyhow, let's talk about this week, and I hope that you'll find this so expansive and so exciting for you. So I've released a $147 offer and I've made 13,800 cash, which has been fully collected. This is for a two session live coaching offer, which ran yesterday.

So as of you listening to this, it ran yesterday and you know, I'm, I, I'm in awe of it because we launched it with no ads, definitely no complicated launch strategy, just pure flow clarity. Every day. I got up and I posted on it and I had a link out to it. I sent emails, diligently talked about it here on the podcast, and it's resulted in just this really amazing electrifying group that came together.

And I wanna take you behind the scenes of what I did to set up the offer and how I sold it, and my mindset behind it, et cetera. Okay? So you might have already been along the journey with me part of the way, which is awesome. So. About 10 business days ago, I decided to host a two part session, and this is like the ideation of it.

You know, I wrote, uh, the six figure mini book, which you guys can go and grab in the show notes below. It's a 26 page guide on how I transformed a $7 offer into a hundred K month. And we have, that's been our record breaking PDF by the way, that's the one resource that. By far out of the six PDFs I've made since December last year, this is our highest selling resource, which is, it's totally explainable why, if you've got it, you'll know why it's so applicable.

It's mind blowing in terms of how simple it is. It's a literally just a Google doc of my notes, but what's inside of it is so simplistic that it's so doable for a lot of my clients who have gone ahead and grabbed it. What came out of that process was a ton of dms. So basically a lot of you read it and came back to me with really practical questions of like, rubes, I love this, but can you go into a little bit more detail as to how, now I was playing with the idea of maybe doing like a part two of the mini book, and then I realized, you know, what would bring this really up in such a massive way?

If I recorded a two part video series, so there was a bunch of questions around setting up the flow driven funnel, and then there was a bunch of questions around how I converted high tickets from the $7 offer. So there was how the two sessions came alive and I thought, I'm definitely going to be able to sell the six figure mini book alongside the two videos that will come with it and it will just bring it so much more to life and.

I thought, okay, to run these two sessions, I would like a live audience. I definitely respond better when I have a live group in front of me. I was gonna record it regardless if like three people showed up. It was live energy to me so I could record it and just capture that live. And I wanted it to just be very, very reasonable and accessible to a bunch of you.

So we sold it at $147. I mean, it's such a hell yes. And I knew that I didn't want more than 50 people in the group because then it gets really a lot and distracting for me personally. So I wanted to close it off at 50 and we sold out. Absolutely sold out. It happened over the weekend. We're full house.

It's closed, it's done. I'm so excited. So for those of you that are in, I'm so excited for you. This is gonna be. So incredible, and I wanna talk about what exactly happened from the $147 offer to how I made 13,800 in US dollars. So for those of you that came in, you bought it at 1 47, you would've seen that I also offered a couple of very simple upsells.

The upsells ranged between $7 and $97. What I mean by this is it wasn't like some guilt trip to go ahead and buy all this other stuff. You know how some copy can be like, if you've got this and you don't get this and you're not gonna get like the full transformation, like ew. It was literally just, if you wanna add it to cart, you could just click the radio button and it would just add it to cart.

Very nice and easy. So nothing pushy. It was just a gentle invitation, so to speak. For those of you guys who really felt the pull and you wanted to add more resources to your experience, fantastic. So. 50 beautiful souls said yes to that. Our average order value was well and truly over $147. And, uh, for 70% of you who went ahead to get the upsell and go through, um, deeper levels of work with me, it also meant that the average sale or the average cart was a lot higher than 1 47.

On top of that, I also decided to add some private coaching in case you guys wanted like a one-off session with me or you wanted me to deliver on some biz strategy specific to your needs, like for the first few days I did, I. 10 spots at 3 97, and then for the last few days, I opened up another 10 spots at 4 97.

So there was also an upsell there of let's call it like 400 average. So for those of you that joined in that, and then you also took further upsells, the average cart of that was well and truly into like 400, 500 bucks. So that is how we collected over $13,800 in cash from a very. Low ticket offer, at least at the front end, which was 1 47.

Very, very cool to be able to explain that in full. And I think if anything, I hope it just helps you open up your mind to like, if you have an offer that's $97, just give them something else. Give your audience something else that they can add to the cart that, like I said, it could be a $7 thing, like an extra meditation or an extra journal.

PDF 10 prompt mini book or some kind, that's $17. Or give them, you know, if you're a dietician or a nutritionist, give them a way that they can create a meal plan out of your template and it's $27, or recipes for $47. There's so many ideas that I could definitely just stream out right now, but just give them something else to say yes to.

If you do that. Just by adding that, imagine what the increase is over the year, like what the percentage increase is of how many people would take an upsell and increasing your average order value or your average cart value at checkout. It makes a massive difference. And I know it sounds so cliche, but it's literally what McDonald's does.

You know? Would you like fries with that? Are you doing that in your business right now? Okay. So, uh, I definitely had this moment when I was sitting with the numbers where I just was in awe of it because not long ago, you know, seven years ago when I was working in corporate. I had this sort of in-between period where I had quit my corporate job.

Sorry, I had gone to four days a week. I hadn't quit yet. I'd gone to four days a week for my corporate job, and I had one day of that week that I could work on my business. And at the start that one day a week, I would spend consulting. So I would consult to a recruitment agency or a recruitment events company.

Or, um, other startup founders who needed help with their people strategy. 'cause I was in HR and recruiting, and I would, you know, pull out their org structures or I would set up their interview templates for them and I would just have chats to the founders and the CEO about who to hire in their hiring strategy.

So when I did that, I would be very overwhelmed and in the best possible way, just in such overflow charging about a thousand bucks a day if I did two consulting sessions in that day. It might be like two, $3,000 a day delivering these corporate consulting packages or these trainings. And that just felt so incredible.

And then I had this awesome moment sitting there, just thinking to myself, I've just created a $13,000 day from my own brand, from my own energy, and from my own certainty. And I had to go back to that version of me. And you know, sometimes you can, you know, close my eyes. And I went back to that version of me and I was like, girl, you've got no idea what's coming.

I. In the best possible, most expansive of ways. You've got no idea what's coming and it's so nice to like just, even if you did this right now, hopefully you're not driving, but just close your eyes and speak to that version of you from seven years ago and say something so beautiful and positive back to them.

Like, this is what we've done, babe. Like, isn't that incredible? And then I want you to also imagine yourself doing this where you are receiving a message from a version of you seven years ahead. Now that is wild. And what they would be saying to you, I mean, it will take a stretch of imagination because it's always hard for the human brain and mind to kind of imagine how big it can get, but.

Oh my gosh. Like some of the things that I might even be saying as my future self to me now is this doesn't get harder. It's just different. It's better. The standards are higher, the embodiment hits at a new level. You are just absolutely going to love where we've landed, and it gets to be even more simple, even more easy.

You know, the ceilings that once felt so real, they've completely dissolved. And what's now replaced them is so much deeper knowing that there is a greater level of alignment and that multiplies naturally over time. And that might be all I say to myself, like my future self seven years ahead is saying that to me.

And there's just notice, there's no numbers there, there's no attachment. It's just an energy, right? Like. Oh, I'm just so grateful. So anyhow, it's really not just about the numbers. I always want to make that very clear that whilst I started this with the numbers and gave you a whole bunch of data just then, for me it's always about the way that it happens.

So in the past, launches have always kind of felt a little bit anxiety driven. Like, yes, I learned to work with it a lot more That. It didn't become a massive thing, but for the first 10 launches that I did, whether it be masterminds or group coaching courses, or one-off, you know, days like what I'm doing today or retreats that I'm selling, I was always just so.

Anxious, like I felt so heavy with it. Like how many people are gonna show up? Are people gonna buy? And then I, you know, sell myself into the idea that the economy was tanking, which, you know, in the last seven years, so many weird and wonderful things have happened with the global economy that now it's just a normality.

And why, like obviously there's a lot of talk out there around stuff going around the world that the tariffs and the US market and all of that. We've lived through so many things in the last seven years that now it's just like, okay, it's another thing. Stay in your lane, stay focused. And there was definitely in the past this needing of things to be forced to work in some form.

Like I def, I saw this actually really beautiful quote today. It was from Emma Greed, and she said something like, just because every door is closed doesn't mean that it's closed. Some doors just need a push. Which is so true, right? Like it's not locked, it's not close to you, just it needs a little bit of a push.

And I'm so grateful for those moments where I, I did have to push, I did have to put, you know, some elbow grease behind my work. But it gets easier over time. And I think with that you also become a lot more wise to what feels good for your energy. And I've just decided now, like I don't wanna force anything to happen.

I wanna allow it to happen. I. Really trust in this process. I trust in the belief of that it gets to be flowy. It gets to be easy. And of course there's gonna be times when I have to sit down and do the work without a doubt. But I know for a fact, hand on heart, this launch was a 10 day launch, $147. It wasn't born from a place of needing it to happen.

Like I said at the start, my mindset was I just wanted a live group. If it was three people, fantastic. And I just wanted to be able to deliver it to somebody else on the other side of the Zoom screen so that I could bounce off their energy and they could bounce off mine and it would hit different. So I hope that this is just given you a little look in to how you could reframe how you are showing up for your live stuff or how you're showing up for your launches.

Again, it's not about needing it to work necessarily in the way that you think it does, but it's the way that it happens and unfolds. That is your success. So to be more clear around that, I now know that having sold out the group and delivering it and it feeling so amazing, you know, like it was completely all cash.

I didn't do payment plans. It was all locked in. That I've done that and I've received that money and I've received that abundance into my life with incredible ease and not feeling like, oh my God, I'm so burnt out. And that was the most traumatic experience ever. But who cares? I've got the cash. Like it was like that for a little while, but it's not like that anymore.

So now I wanna talk about how I think about delivering something like this. So the. It's funny 'cause I'm recording this on Monday, tomorrow is the live session. You guys are getting this podcast on Wednesday, so I am not like about to go. It was amazing because, I dunno, I, I sitting here now, I dunno how it's gonna go.

I'm kind of got like pre-performance nerves to be honest. But I'm, I definitely have a very, very big vision for the two days that, sorry, the two sessions that has just been presented. And it's not just like I've delivered it and it's one and done, and you know, we've made 13 grand and 50 people are in it, and it's unbelievable.

My vision for this is that it goes on to becoming a $50,000 asset minimum by the end of this year, if not by the end of quarter three. So I have really expansive plans for the training content that I'm about to capture. These sessions, they are gonna keep living on inside of my funnels. I'm gonna repackage them, obviously, I'm gonna segment them slightly differently.

I'm gonna sell them on demand. I'm gonna sell them. You'll see, you know, my call to actions will be, comment this, and you'll probably get a segment of the video in a month or two. I fully expect that this body of work is going to generate over 50 grand in revenue over the next few months. And you know, right now I haven't settled on exactly how that's gonna look like.

I might choose to package these trainings up at 2 97 plus the six figure mini book PDF, but I wanna do it. Differently. I think I might try and segment it and then sell them as like little $47 offers. So for those of you guys that came in at 97 or 1 47, that was an absolute bargain because now I'm gonna sell each of those segments as like $50 sessions, and that would mean for the entire like two days worth.

And I do four sessions, it's gonna be a lot more than what you paid. But anyhow, let's say even if I chose to package up the two trainings. Plus the six figure minute book at 2 97. I would only need, what is it, like another hundred and 25 more beautiful souls to step in, and that's 50 grand. That's a few sales a week.

A couple of social media posts, I may choose to, you know, if I know that's gonna be a 50 grand investment, I'll choose to spend five grand on ads. That's very worth it to me. And that's how single it gets to be. Like when you zoom out and you think in assets instead of launches, it changes the whole freaking game.

Therefore, it's not just about changing. You know, one thing of like, oh, it's not working, and it feels really scary, and it's also not about chasing a single, massive, big launch anymore. Instead, it's just about nurturing your audience, planting seeds that grow quietly and powerfully and consistently. You get to just tinker away at it all year long.

And there is something to be said about normalizing bigger thinking and bigger money, but from a very quiet perspective, you know, like on, I don't know if it's still a thing, but you know, it's that whole thing about like quiet luxury. Can we just start a thing called quiet launching and quietly just achieving big things in our business and.

I think there's just something that I will continue to normalize. I'll continue to normalize how shit my metrics are and how I'm not going viral and how my Instagram algorithm is not playing ball most of the time and my emails deliverability is super low at the moment. But I really don't believe that you need all of these crazy bells and whistles ala 2023 and 2024.

In order to achieve what you want to, you can do it with a very small audience, a small and mighty group of people. You can do it with your energy. You do not need a massive 5,000, $15,000 offer. Or 50 K paydays to validate yourself. You know, low ticket offers when they're designed and they're delivered with that clean energy that I was talking about earlier.

You can absolutely stack real wealth. My loves like do the math behind it. 125 sales at 2 97 as 50 K. Like you can really make that happen if your energy is behind it, like imagine. How light it gets to be. You can do it. I really believe you can do big, big, massive things. And this one experience that happened to me last week at 10 day launch 13, 13.8 KUSD cash received $147 offer.

Couple of cheeky little upsells. This is proof that you can do it too. And this experience has been proof of something even deeper for me that I can profitably. Pivot my business. I pivoted from chasing one-off launches to building really repeatable, scalable assets. I pivoted from pushing every single launch.

Oh my gosh. It was like moments that I am even now bringing up in my mind's eye of last year when I was doing these heavy lifting three-day events, hoping someone out there would go ahead and buy the course afterwards. Feeling so deflated when that didn't happen. I think I cried more times than I ever did in the seven years of owning my business in 2024 because I was so tired and the business that I built for myself, like these old strategies, I've pivoted from them into this full trust in this way of building great wealth with accessible price points that feel easy and simple for me to sell, and I know has such deep impact.

Already in four months, the results have been nothing short of absolutely stunning and beautiful. And if you are feeling that pool too, like this pool to let go of the old ways, the pool, to create something that truly is exciting and playful and cool and supportive, I want you to know that it is so safe to pivot.
