How I’m Making Up to $3K/Day with Passive Offers
This year I rebuilt my business for calm and consistency, not chaos and launch burnout.
I’ve been making up to $3K days from digital downloads without sales calls, ads, or a huge audience.
In this episode I share the real numbers, how I sell straight from my notes app, and what this looks like behind the scenes.

I have been absolutely loving sharing my daily sales journey with all of you, pretty much all of 2025. And I've done some, I would say, pretty bold, kind of out of the box experiments on the business. But today I wanna talk about real numbers and I wanna give you the behind the scenes look of how I'm actually bringing in now up to $3,000 a day passively.
Without any sales calls, without messaging back and forth in the dms like crazy. And without launching anything high ticket regularly. I did one high ticket launch at the start of this year, which was in a circle, and I did a really quick open close cart for long-term private coaching last week, and it sold out in like 36 hours.
So I am really, really no longer relying on high ticket at all, and I actually recorded anytime. Episode on this last week, so you can go to that next. But today I wanna just start talking, uh, specifically around the aspect of digital downloads only. And I'm not counting in any of these numbers that I'm gonna speak, be speaking about inside of this episode.
The monthly membership recurring income, for example, such as. Mastermind payments or daily sales accelerator payments or affiliate links, none of that is included in this number. This is just low ticket daily sales. And also another aspect to this is ads and stuff and how I'm getting myself seen. I am not currently at all running any major ads.
I'm running two ads at $5 a day. And that's pretty much it. There's also one ad that I tested at 10 bucks a day last week or the week before, but I'm not doing anything huge yet. I'm just still dipping my toes in the water and. Anyhow. That's just the, the setup of this episode. It's gonna be more of an operational strategic one.
Hopefully it's feeling liberating as hell, so that you are, you are also not really needing to rely so heavily on the high ticket stuff, and not to say there's anything wrong with that, but if you are just here because you're like, girl, my nervous system's all over the place and I'm feeling so exhausted and tired trying to get people to sign up to like, I know three K, 5K beyond.
And just for context, I. Have sold a hundred thousand dollars offers before $50,000 masterminds, all of that. And yeah, I've just changed things up because this year it just felt like it was time. And I'll explain to you a little bit more about like why I'm doing this. Because to me, I believe that anyone can do this.
And before you roll your eyes and go, yeah, this wouldn't work for my niche, try me, try me girlfriend. Um, because. I definitely don't believe that a low ticket daily sales model is about a niche. I believe it's about knowing what structure to use and your consistency game and how driven you are around it, and also the belief system that you hold around low ticket in terms of what makes it successful and what you believe won't make it successful.
So what I'm doing right now is what I am just referencing as calm cash flow. Like I'm not chasing any big. Launch hikes and spikes, and I'm not begging my audience to engage only during a period where I'm talking about my new mastermind and I'm really not pitching at all in my stories like I used to every second day.
Another thing I realized was I'm not even doing like mid-rolls inside a podcast episodes where I'm saying, go and buy this. Or by the way, this is brought to you by my latest mastermind. I mean, obviously I'll have that there because you guys are a buying audience and you love hearing what I've got going on, but I'm not relying on constant big sales to support.
Who I am now and who I'm choosing to be in business. Like what I am doing is building a low ticket ecosystem where literally people are buying at every single hour of the day. And my only job is to stay in my genius and feed the system when I literally put time aside for it. And I wanna talk about that 'cause I wanna just break this down for you, especially if you are new here and you are like, this is brand new.
This whole concept of daily selling. So let's discuss and go a little bit deeper. Right now I have a few superhero offers and products that range mostly between actually 27 and $97. But my main price point for low ticket is 27 US dollars, and that just seems to be the number that people are loving and it's a hell yes.
And then on top of that. I also offer an upsell or a bump, and those offers are usually $9 to $97. So I'm not gonna go into too much detail around what that is. If you are super interested in how that all works, by the way, then yeah, definitely stick around 'cause I'll. Record other episodes on this. These PDFs that I write, they are unedited or unfiltered, I should say, and they are mostly my Google docs that I'm just writing without any major design. You're not gonna find like a fancy schmancy Google doc that's got like, you know, a beautiful graphic design element behind it. Like not at all. You literally just get what I've typed out.
I've put a table of contents on it. I've spell, checked it to the best of my ability and out it goes. But it's basically like me writing entire strategy documents for my internal team, and I'm sharing it with my bigger audience. So that's kind of the vibe there. It also, I also have a point to make around how I'm selling it.
The checkout pages are also very simple, really simple. I do not have a designer. I don't buy templates. It's literally the template that I get off SamCart. Simple pages, there's easy upsells, and then there's basically the checkout experience is seamless. So some of my checkout pages, they have a 60% conversion rate, but I wanna talk about what that looks like because I'm not getting a ton of volume.
I think with all of this in mind, I need to share that. It's not like I have a massive audience, or I have thousands and thousands of people looking at my sales pages every single day. I don't. So one of my sales pages converted 18 buyers. Off 34 clicks off one Instagram post that had 15 likes and three people saving it.
And then from there, you know, like a bunch of comments. So I think in sharing those numbers, I hope what it's done is that it may have made surprised you in one sense to be like, what? She's got 20,000 followers, which I do. I'm very excited about that. Finally crossed over, but. She's only getting 15 likes on a post.
Yeah, babe. My engagement. Has been shocking forever for years, but regardless of that, something has switched this year where people are looking at my stuff and then going to buy straight away. So I hope that's sort of proof in the pudding, that you don't need hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people landing on your pages.
That whole belief system in high ticket land where low ticket won't work because you need volume, like you need to be in the volume game. Of course that helps. Like without a doubt, it absolutely helps, but you really don't need a huge audience to do what I'm doing. And the reason why you're probably not doing anything about it is because you, you're just stuck in a belief system or you're procrastinating, or you have.
These things that are holding you back, that's not actually getting you to take the action behind it. So if you are like, really thinking this could work for me, go to the show notes and go and grab low ticket millions, because it really sums up the moment. Most people realize that this model is different and I share my moment in that so that you can also be inspired from it.
There's one part actually in low Ticket millions that I wanna share. So it's a chapter called Lux Numbers that Breaks Brains, and it's chapter five, and I'm gonna read a little excerpt from it because I think you'll just love the vibe of this. All right, so it comes with an audio book. It's probably gonna sound similar to what I'm saying here, but there is this really cool section, which I was so inspired to write.
It was probably one of my favorite chapters to actually sit down and like pen down. All right, so it goes like this. One of the most liberating things about this model. Is how much it opens your eyes to what's possible. The numbers don't lie, and when you actually see the potential of micro offers adding up, it's hard to unsee it.
There's something so powerful about realizing that you don't need one big launch or one giant client to hit your dream income goals. You just need to understand what the numbers are already trying to say to you around steady rhythm. How to actually achieve that. So here's what I mean by this, by the numbers.
All right, so let's say I had so much fun, like breaking down these numbers. Let's say you have a $17 product sold. I've got a couple of $17 products sitting in my PDF shop at the moment, and I sell about 40 of those a day, or at the, at the peak day is when I'm really launching them, and they're going really big.
That's a $248,200 year. If all I wanna do is focus on how to sell $17 40 times a day. Now your average cafe is doing that, no problems, right? Selling coffees and a croissant, uh, upgrade for or something toaster. Sanger, 17 bucks. Easy. They're getting that. Why can't you do that as an expert in your field?
Another price point that I am obsessed with is the $27 price point. I also have a $47 price point, so let's go to 47. If I sell a $47 product 25 times a day, and I do that throughout the whole year, that's $428,875 a year. Do the math, bring out the calculator, start punching away there. Do it for a two $97 workshop.
Sold two times a day. It's gonna shock you hundreds and thousands of dollars. And if your focus every day is like, you know what? I wanna sell 2, 2 90 $7 offers, and that is your whole job. And you've got three hours to do that. So you're setting aside an hour to set up a cute little Instagram post with a MiniChat funnel, and then your next hour, you are writing and crafting an email and you are fixing up a landing page.
And the hour after that, you are maybe speaking to some people in the dms if that's what you wanna do. If you can get two people to sign up at 2 97, you are literally probably gonna make more money than you are now trying to sell one $10,000 product and busting your beep, trying to do that. And these aren't fantasy numbers.
These numbers are, they're so grounded. It's really tangible. And I know there's a proportion of you listening to this right now going, whoa, this is possible for me. This makes sense for me. This makes sense for my audience. This makes sense for where I'm at, starting out. And if you are mainly right now, promoting your work on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, most of your audience lean into this, are not prepared to pay you thousands of dollars right away.
They're just not. They don't understand what you're about. They, you haven't given them enough of that know, like, and trust factor and that reason to lean deeper into your work. And here you are wondering why nobody is buying into your $5,000 Mastermind or why nobody is buying into your 30 call package at $1,500.
And you are going, oh my God. Like how many more calls do I need to add for someone to say yes? Uh, it's because they don't actually know. Know you. They don't know what your offer is about. When you give them a low ticket offer, they can buy that for $17. Maybe they're one of your 25 buyers of a $47 product feeding into your $400,000 a year business.
And the more that they're leaning into that work, because your PDF is so damn good and your resources are so good, and your journal prompts have changed their world, and your affirmation statements are rewiring their mind and they're getting quick wins every single day. What that's happening, what's going on behind the scenes now is that they are more primed and prepped for your high ticket than ever.
This is the part honestly, most coaches skip over, whether you are a coach or service provider, a mentor, a teacher, a healer. I'm gonna guess that if this is somewhat speaking to you right now, you are too focused on what's not working. So you are saying to yourself a lot. By the way, my high ticket launch didn't convert.
How can you expect me to spend some time selling low ticket and setting up a funnel? And that's gonna take ages and ages. I don't have time for that. I need the capital now. I need the big cash flow now because I am a sinking ship and my company is not gonna last much longer if I don't sell two $10,000 offers.
And then I'm back to my nine to five. The other thing you're probably saying is that. Well, what's the point of selling low ticket? Because no one's commenting. No one's liking my stuff on social media. People aren't replying to my dms. I don't even get dms. I just want you to remember that there is a whole other game being played and you are not playing it.
The game is a game where sales are happening every day. And they're happening quietly. They're happening on repeat. They're happening without you needing so much emotional. Freaking energy to spike every day for you to feel like you can sell something. And I am loving high ticket, by the way. I love having my inner circle and my mini mind because they're the group that's like, Hey, I've listened to all the things.
I'm ready to actually have accountability and I actually wanna implement this with you, and I wanna meet the network of people. Behind the brand and the business that I know are gonna be like-minded to me, and who knows, I might make some business besties. And when you're in the right room, big things happen.
That's really cool. But I know as a smart business woman who's been around for seven years in the online world that I'm speaking to, the majority of you that really probably aren't ready. To say, Hey, rubes, here's $25,000. And that might not be just monetarily. Actually, a lot of my audience, a huge percentage of my audience are corporates earning between 200 and $400,000 a year.
So I know it's not you guys, but in saying so, whether it's money or trust or belief or whatever it is, it's a big ask. $5,000 is a huge ask. It really is $27 though. It's like, oh, okay, well I can say yes to that. So let me walk you through my day to day right now. Just to paint you a bit of a lovely picture of my reality.
I'm, I'm, as you know, I've got my eyes closed. Okay? So I'm gonna just be in the moment. I wake up this morning. So I woke up this morning and there were actually three stripe notifications waiting for me. So I'm just gonna open up my phone app and let's have a look. So last night. Anna bought from me, low ticket millions, and also the audiobook upsell, which is amazing.
Rashmi bought low ticket millions, which is amazing, and Linda bought low ticket millions and the upsell and the CSS workbook, which was another little mini upsell. And I had another client of mine, Carly, she bought low ticket millions for $27. So there you go. There's four sales. Um, they were all under $27 just looking at it.
That's beautiful. That's fantastic. So that's my morning. I woke up to that. Sometimes I have bigger amounts, but this morning that was it. And then I just have a quick look into like, okay, are there any dms that came through overnight? Sometimes people message me on Instagram. Just to check in with stuff that they've seen on my emails.
It's so funny. They're like, read your email messaging you on on Instagram, which is all cool. I love it. So, you know, answer some of those This morning there were two questions. One of the questions was, Hey, like I watch all your YouTube videos and I also downloaded another PDF, which was um, the six figure month mini book.
Is it the same? Can you explain to me what's different? I'm like, yep, cool. So I went full deep into why it was really different. That was really fun. Then I went for a walk with my son and I'm puppy sitting at the moment. My best friend's dog. So exciting. I love it. Uh, so we went just for an hour long walk.
And on that walk I had a 2 97 sale, $297 sale come in, which was awesome. Someone went to my courses page, they bought a course. That is fantastic. And came back, kissed my husband goodbye. 'cause he's gone to play football for the day. And I've just been sitting here chilling. I've actually been watching, um, it's a Sunday afternoon, so I'm watching the summer.
I turn pretty season three. Oh yeah. I think I am literally stuck in my twenties. In my head, I feel like I'm 21. Like. These people on the show, so I'm so in it with them and that was really awesome. And then I've sat down now and recording the podcast. I'm gonna go for burger and chips with my boy very soon, which I'm super stoked about.
And I just know I have this feeling that there's just gonna be so many sales today. I feel it all coming in like, and it's a Sunday, my love, so it's a little quieter on a Sunday. It, it's, if I was recording this midweek. I'd be seeing sales like up to $3,000 a day. A day. That has gone up so much. When I started, I was so happy with 50 bucks a day passively 3000.
And again, I just wanna bring it back to the point that. I'm not counting affiliate income, monthly recurring revenue, DSC payment plans or any other, you know, any other outliers. It's just fresh money. I think that's a good way to describe it. Fresh money that comes in every single day. I do have a lot of MRR that comes in as well, which is so nice, like cherry on top of the cake.
But what I love about this up to $3,000 a day marker, is that it's money that I just don't have to chase. I haven't posted a single thing over the weekend. There's not just a story here and there leading to my free stuff, which by the way, is my long form evergreen content. You know, I don't do freebies anymore.

My YouTube channel. I'll leave link below. Now, this entire system that I built in 2025 does the heavy lifting for me. I love not having to worry about making big funnels.
I love not having to worry about hiring an ads agency. I love not having to worry about having a crazy nurture sequence sitting behind my email list. Like people just get daily emails from me now and I just share what's going on in the business and what I'm selling or what new offer I've got. What you know, all the things.
It's literally the opposite of what most in the coaching industry is teaching right now and doing right now. And there's still this obsession with big launches, selling to cold audiences, making sure your high ticket funnel is airtight before you sell anything else, and getting your sales paid just perfect.
My God, I've spent so much money on that model, and I cannot tell you, like right now, I'm operating at a super high profit level, probably a little bit too high. There is such a thing as your profit levels being too high because you are not necessarily being a great business operator because you should be thinking about reinvesting back in the business.
But that'll come. But I wanna say it clearly, the smartest thing that I ever did. Was to stop building my business around high ticket seasons and start building it instead around daily sales and micro movements. Getting my audience to trust me every day. That has been the smartest thing I've ever done.
The high ticket season reliance, the high launch reliance was my whole story for six years. Whole story. My loves. Don't get me wrong, I made millions off that. I, I am so grateful. I've met so many amazing business owners from that, and I've been able to help thousands of you crush it in your own businesses, but.
I just don't really feel like that's the future of coaching and I'm making my move this year. We are in the year of the snake transformation, massive change, and you're setting yourself up for the next season, which I'm so excited about. So all I know from here, and this is what I couldn't see when I was only in high ticket reliance mode, was I can see how this is actually scaling now, back then, and when I say back then, I'm pointing to my left right now.
Like all of you can see me pointing. I only mean like 12 months ago, by the way, and even sooner than nine months ago, if you had said, how are you gonna scale out? I would've said, well, I'm gonna have to launch more masterminds or launch my Mastermind more. And in order to get more people to sign up to like a $5,000 thing, I'm gonna have to run ads and I'm gonna have to do more free offers and more free events, and then run ads towards those free events.
Maybe record some webinars that are going to be sitting in the background and then run ads to those webinars so people go to them. Like basically, that would've been my only answer. And then there's obviously an another model, which I absolutely loathe, which is having co-coach come on board. I don't wanna do that.
Ew. No, people don't want to co-coach like they want you. So anyhow, I really hope that this has helped because this episode is for the coach, mentor, and service provider who's waking up stressed about money. That energy sucks. Oh my gosh, dude, I like, I feel you. You are all consumed by it, and I know this feeling so much, and all I can say is just give it a try.
Give, give daily sales a try, because I think what will happen is you'll be shocked by what a $27 sale every day does for your belief system and what it does for your nervous system. Ultimately what it does for your business, because remember, $27 sales multiples of them can lead to a quarter of a million dollars business.
That's amazing. This is also for those of you who are mentoring and you wanna go really deep with your clients because you are just that type of person. You love that deeper connection. I'm not here to discount that because that is your superpower. That is my superpower. In all of my human design charts and astrology, I'm meant for one-to-one, but I see it differently now.
I see it that I can reach the masses and coach one-to-one inside of my deeper containers, and it's still so powerful. I feel so in my skin. I don't feel out of my body trying to fix everything and plug all the energetic leaks and do all the things. Like for me now, I just feel so in control in one sense of my mission, my vision, my purpose, rather than giving my control out to everything else.
And you know, for those of you who are service providers, I see you, I work with a lot of them privately. I work with, my inner Circle has two amazing service providers who are giving their all and. Giving 90% of their time out to their clients and they've only got 10% left for themselves. So I get that like your model is different, but I want you to know that daily sales can also support you because you don't have time to chase people to sign up to work with you for your.
Done for you stuff. You're so in the work that you don't have time to be marketing yourself elsewhere. Daily sales fixes that for you. And then you can look at like, whoa, I can breathe a little bit more and work out. How do I actually wanna allocate my time? So here's what I want you to do. After this episode, pull out a pen and paper and I want you to pick one product.
Just one offer that I know that you've had ideas. I know that you are listening to this and you are watching stuff on YouTube, and you've been reading through resources. Hopefully, you know PDFs and things like that that I've put out there, and you've got ideas that you've been sitting on, but you are overthinking it or you are.
Hiding from it. That's a big thing. Like you've, you've actually developed it and now you're like, ah, I'm too scared. I dunno what to do with it. I'm gonna hide from it. Bring that back out and I want you to pick a price under $97. It can be seven bucks, my first PDF for $7. It was great. And I want you to go ahead and write your checkout page.
So have a system. If you dunno what systems to use, then. Go and research that. I use SamCart for my checkouts and I love it. Create that payment link wherever you want it to go. Set it up for PayPal. If you don't have Stripe, I prefer Stripe because PayPal fees are insane. And then post it, send it to your list.
If you are thinking, who am I posting it to? I've only got a couple hundred people. I'm working with my clients at the moment who are inside of the daily sales accelerator, which is my mini mind. And a couple of my clients have four, 500 followers, and every time they post, they make sales. So I'm willing to guess that if you have a limiting belief that no one's gonna buy from you because you've got under a thousand followers.
You probably haven't even tried it yet. You've just made up the shit in your head and you're sat with it into inaction. So here's your little kick up the butt in a loving way to just do it. And like I said to my mastermind, my inner circle the other day, I'm like. Ladies, if you believe that you cannot be consistent because you've got so much else going on, then you can pay, you can literally pay the system to be consistent for you.
I have a, an ad that's five bucks a day and it's just a boosted post from my Instagram. Now, there's a way to do it so that you're not wasting your money. That will actually help your ads go a lot further. But there's ways, and I, I won't get into that. It's a really long conversation maybe. But that's your first action. Pick a product, stop hiding from it. Price it under a hundred dollars $97. Write your sales page, create the payment link, post it. Stop trying to build a funnel. I want you to just start selling something daily. The reason why you're not selling something daily is because you're trying to build a funnel.
That's for some of you, quite specifically, I want you to help yourself end. To help your audience, of course, buy their way into your world. And I don't know if that's come across right, but there are people who literally wanna buy into your world, but all you've got right now is a $5,000 product. When someone think about this, when someone buys your $27 offer, they're gonna feel like they're getting so much value.
They're gonna feel like they can trust you more and they're going to be asking what's next? How do I work with you deeper? That's how I'm also filling my high ticket right now, by the way. That's why when I opened my long-term high ticket, it sold out in 36 hours, and none of it was through pressure. It was purely through desire, marketing and not even marketing.
In one sense, I've marketed through paid products, not through free ones. That's how I want you to scale. This is the whole game. This is the future of coaching, mentoring, and service providing. So a reflection before we wrap up today, I want you to ask yourself, are you building a business that brings you peace every day?
Or are you building something that's giving you a lot of anxiety between launches?
