A little more about me…A few years ago I decided that I had to scratch the entrepreneurial itch. I quit my job as a tech start-up recruiter and went all in as an online coach. Along with my hubby, we created a global coaching brand, travelled the world as digital nomads with our two kids and in 3 years, grew a multi-million dollar business. It took a lot of trial and error, trying out new strategies and of course daily discipline to get this far so quickly. But after some time, the hustle got tiring. I was frustrated with my lack of progress, feeling caged by my own limiting beliefs. I didn’t want to just create another J-O-B, I desired to experience freedom.
In search of freedom, I turned to the inner work and found modalities like astrology, hypnotherapy, meditation and journaling to find ME again. I discovered ways to re-shape my reality and unlock my hidden strengths - as I became my true, unapologetic self, I rapidly grew my business to 7 figures with ease. Now I incorporate these teachings into my coaching philosophy. I blend energetics with proven business principles to create massive growth for my clients. I’m a top-rated Forbes business coach and LOVE every single day in my business and life. Ready to dive in? Then start bingeing!

Welcome to this episode. I am very ready to discuss something with you, which has been really leading and guiding me for. All of 2025, and that is practicing the Law of Assumption. If you've listened to multiple episodes of mine over the course of this year, you would've heard me reference the Law of Assumption in some form.
In most of my episodes, I have been a devoted study of of Neville Godard. I have been really even asking chat GPT to tell me how the law of assumption would work in my business. Today's episode, I really wanna dive into how it's practically showing up for me. I'm gonna give you plenty of examples, even gonna end with my step-by-step of how I use the law of Assumption every single day to call in incredible success for the business.
I'm also gonna lead you through a very short guided meditation at the end of this episode to seal it all in. So let's get started. Let's get going. It is a bright, beautiful Monday morning. I've just walked my son to school and back and I feel so revitalized after this weekend. Although I will say yesterday being a Sunday, my son played his first tennis tournament.
I'm so proud of him. Guys, he took out the title. I was so shocked. But just, you know, like you just dunno how it's gonna go. It's like their first ever competition at a certain level and he took it out. He's such a bloody legend. Like honestly, when they announced him as the trophy winner, I was the parent that was like, oh my.
God, I just couldn't believe it. Anyway, that was amazing. But I did get smashed with hay fever and sinusitis and allergies, which I haven't had in so long. I don't know. It was just must have been in the courts. It was a windy day. So I was out all day. Typically, I like to record my episodes on a Sunday, so I'm not rushed on a Monday, but that's okay.
Sometimes it's just the timing of things and we just reshuffle some things around, and in some ways that's how the law of Assumption has been working for me, where it's like I just assume that things are gonna work out. I just assume that that's what I'm meant to do. So I just spent most of yesterday afternoon, literally in bed blinds down out of the wind.
Watching Netflix and just forgiving myself for, you know, whatever. Like not doing very much at all. So let's talk about more specifically the law of assumption for business. First and foremost, the Law of Assumption. If you've not heard of it, it's one of the 12 universal laws, and the way I would explain it is that it's not about waiting for proof or hoping specifically that money will eventually find its way to you.
I think that's quite. A dismissive energy and that can be very much head in the sand energy, but instead it's actively deciding right now that the money or the success that you're calling in in your business has already landed. So let's discuss this because I know you might be going, but like how, if you're in the absolute shit hole and things just feel like a complete mess this year, how do you assume that things are gonna be good?
Okay, so. I definitely wake up every day feeling already like this is gonna be the best day ever. I assume that nothing's gonna go wrong. I assume that sales are gonna come in. I assume that everything that I've already planted in terms of seeds in my business is already flourishing. So I want you to think about it this way.
It's about walking into your day, into your business, into your sales conversations with the energy that money and success and business growth is already here and it's already done. I'm gonna give you another example. My amazing son, he is so sporty. He's just one of those kids that's really sporty. And I wanna ground it in this story.
Yes, he won his tennis tournament, but he's actually mostly a soccer player. So, you know, he's played soccer now for four years and this whole season he was actually playing for a team that was losing. They had one win and one draw and all of their matches, they lost this year. So it was a kind of really shitty down season for all the kids.
All the coaches and all the parents. But the thing is, in his team, he was the top goal scorer. So he scored something like 27 goals all season. He gave everything he had on that field, but his coach, like they had three coaches this season, it was very volatile season. The boys were like, wait, who's coach and what's happening here?
Anyway, the coaches would give everybody else awards at the end of the game. They would get Player of the week or they would just get a shout out. You know, they'd be like, Hey, Billy Bob. There isn't a Billy Bob, but they'd be like, well done. Your energy, your effort, you know, you did your best. Anyway. All season, despite being the top goal scorer, despite being there for the team, showing up for every single training, he didn't get a single piece of recognition.
He didn't get a single award. He never got Player of the day, player of the week. He never ever got any mentions. Not even a pat on the back. I had to bite my tongue so hardcore. I did wanna be like that soccer mom. I'm just not like that. Anyway, but every single week in the car drive home, he was so discouraged and he'd be saying to himself like, I know that I'm really good, but why aren't I getting recognition?
So we had to give him that whole chat of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Believing in yourself, assuming that you are, you know, you're still progressing, you're still doing what you need to do, but here's the beauty of assumption. Right at the end of the season, because we'd been talking in the car trips home after every game.
You've got this, you know, like your dream is to be a soccer player. Your dream is to progress in your soccer, in your soccer teams, and to move on to better teams. And he's like, yep, yep. I'm gonna move on to better teams. So right at the end of the season, out of nowhere, I'm talking, presentation had happened, the trophy awards had been given out, which he didn't get any, by the way.
All of the things had closed off for the season. We get a little old email. From a coach on another team, and this other team is the development squad. It is the next level squad before you go into a more competitive environment. They basically said in the email, we would love to have Teddy on our team training with us in the off season for like, there's this premiership cup that they do in between now and the next season.
There's 96 teams across the country. It's absolutely huge, and they didn't even need to trial him. They just said, we wanna pluck him out from where he is at and recruit him into our team. Now. He, Teddy was. Extremely over the moon. But then he sat down and he said to me, I knew that this would happen for me.
I knew that I was gonna be somehow plucked out from this team and put onto a better team. That's how it works. So whilst we definitely celebrated that success, we celebrated that amazing. Out of nowhere email. It was almost like as a family unit, we just assumed it was going to happen. So in one way we're so happy, but in another way it's like, well, yeah, of course that was gonna happen, and that's how it works.
Even when the outside world doesn't validate you, even when. You feel like, hang on a second. I feel like a success inside, but why aren't the results showing externally? Why aren't people telling me that I'm good enough? Why aren't the results reflecting when you hold the assumption and when you stay in the belief, what's meant for you arrives.
Um, as a little funny, fun story, I should say, like a side note. We wrote out an entire script for him, uh, and we laminated it and put it next to his bed. So just before he fell asleep, he would turn and look at the wall. And there was this a four script that basically said, you know, I'm a professional tennis player.
I am, you know, always focused. I'm a great team player. Like basically just 9-year-old, beautiful law of attraction, law of assumption statements. And he would read that every single night. At least for the last six months. And I just think that there is a part of that, which trains your kids to also understand what that means in a more practical way.
Anyway, I thought I would share that because Petty is so locked in now and I'm, oh my God, I'm just so proud of him. But in saying, so, coming back to the coaching world, if you are in the coaching, mentoring, service-based world, I just wanna be so real with you right now. No one out there. Is going to be showering you with compliments if that's what you are looking for, to back your beliefs and back your assumptions.
The law of assumption does not actually even take root with other people's accolades for you. If you are waiting for the accolades to come in, for you to believe that your truth and your vision and your goals and your dreams is meant to be. You are very much on the track of disappointment and feeling extremely let down by that expectations.
Compliments in the coaching business world in general, ask any business owner who's been it for years and years and years. It's rare. Okay? It's rare. Even if you have 2000 Google reviews, that's fantastic. It's still in the greatest scheme of things. Rare to get that on a daily basis in a way that feels meaningful.
You know what felt meaningful for me this last week is I had an inner circle call, actually our last inner circle call for this round, and it has been an incredible ride. Like I literally had 13 women on the call, each of them pouring love and recognition into the space, into my gosh. Just all the things like into the container that we've created together.
And I fully receive that. I mean, when there's moments like that, I fully receive it, but truthfully, it doesn't happen often. I've got 21,000 people following me on Instagram now. I just clicked over yesterday, which is, yay. That's awesome. 21,000. I've also got over. Six and a half thousand people on my email list.
I have, uh, 2000 people on YouTube. I have thousands of you listening to this podcast. I mean, I am so grateful for this amazing community, but I want you to know that I probably received maybe 10 or 20 really meaningful compliments this year. If I'm lucky, and I'm not saying this to be like, oh my God, give me compliments, guys.
I honestly could not. I couldn't, not that I couldn't care less, but I don't put weight on it. I think that that's probably more like it. If I am and I was in my first year of business, if I was relying on likes and followers and strangers to give me validation, I knew very quickly after that year because I was, my personal self-belief and self-worth began to crumble.
And if you are basing your law of assumption goals on that, on that foundation, of course it's gonna crumble because you're constantly trying to build on this sandy, sandy ground. And this is where I'm tough on you because I need you to toughen up. Stop outsourcing your beliefs. Stop waiting for someone to hand you proof, including your Instagram insights and your LinkedIn data.
You do not need for something else to hand you proof that you are good enough. Belief has to be built within you. It has to live inside you so strong that when the world is silent, when you are screaming into that echo chamber, you still rise. Do you know, do you know what keeps my belief really strong? I wanna talk about this.
I've spoken about it in previous episodes. There was actually an episode that I talked about daily habits. I wanna go deeper, more specifically into the law of assumption. The way I do it is my daily habits encompasses around the practice of gratitude. I wake up every day holding that vision and not just seeing it, but choosing to become her.
I embody it in a way where. When I work in the way that I speak, in the way that I live my life, that's the difference. I show up as this version of me. I assume I am this version of me who is running a multiple million dollar business every single year with more ease and more effortlessness. This is something I've said over years and years and years of having flow state business.
And now I feel like I am. That version of me business has never been easier. Processes have never been simpler. Making money, making sales has never felt more effortless. I have so much time in my day to create and to be, and to enjoy the beach, and to be present mother and a very connected wife in a marriage I love.
And why that's happened is because I've embodied her. I'm ne I'm actually not even journaling anymore in a way where I'm calling in my future self. I actually think I might make something else to talk about this further, but if you are writing in your journals. One day or the future version of me is, I don't know, living on the Gold Coast in Australia, enjoying the sunshine 10 months of the year and earning $50,000 months.
That's actually hampering the law of assumption because you're pushing out that timeline to one day to future self. So when you are assuming that you are already that version of you, you live as that version of you there is, as Joe Dispenza would say, that head and heart coherence happening here. So if that version of you is what you are desiring to have, how would that version of you show up today?
Well, that version of me is always stepping into this assumption of, yeah, big dollars come in effortlessly. Most aligned clients come in effortlessly. I run a business that is incredibly soul led and I know where my boundaries are. I know where I stand. I know where my values and my vision becomes more and more of me and my business translates that into the most authentic version of me.
So let's talk step by step belief practice, because I wanna help you start strengthening your belief right now. Number one, as I mentioned earlier, gratitude first. Every morning, I want you to write down three things that you are joyful for in your business. Not surface level gratitude, but things that really anchor you in abundance.
And one of my favorite gratitude things that I put on my list is I'm so grateful for wifi. That's where I start. I'm so grateful for wifi because without this, this episode wouldn't be coming to you. This, this whole business would not exist. All right, so start really simply number two. Assume. It is done.
So this is probably, you know, something that you will need to develop your muscle around, but I want you to speak out loud. The clients are here, the money is here, the opportunities are flowing. Say it as if it's happening right now. Catch yourself if you are saying the clients are coming, the money is coming, the opportunities are coming soon.
You are always going to be chasing this energy of future stance as opposed to it's present and it's here. There is no past and there is no future. There is only the now in manifestation. Number three, daily embodiment. Choose one action that the wealthier version of you or the more successful version of you.
Or the more time free version of you would take today. What's one decision that she or he would make today? Maybe it's how you write that post. Maybe it's how much pressure you release from the need for that post to perform. Maybe it's how you're choosing to price your offer. Maybe it's how you're choosing to be more playful today in your business, how you carry yourself in a conversation with your barista.
Rather than, oh, I'm so grumpy and shit's not working, and I'm so tied up with my suppliers, with tech, with payments, with all the things. How would that version of you who's actually got every single resource at the tips of your fingers be acting in your day? You'd be like, cool, I've got someone who could sort that out.
I'll just grab a coffee and it should be done by the time, you know, I, I have that coffee, so obviously we're not wanting to sweep aside any of those issues, but you're just showing up as in like, I'm gonna fix this today. It's gonna be done and fixed, and we're gonna be back on track number four. I want you to create a visual anchor, so we're gonna talk about this very, very soon.
I'm gonna create that beautiful visualization for you, but as a theory, spend five minutes seeing yourself already living in the end result. Neville Garda talks about living in the end state. Living in the state of it has already happened. He manifested himself out of the army. He did not wanna be in the army.
And as he's sitting there in the barricades in his bunk bed, he is somehow visualizing himself coming out of the army, not injured, not losing a limb, but literally just coming out with an honorable discharge. That's exactly what happened to Neville Godard unheard of, but he only spent I think, a couple of nights.
Literally serving in the army before they somehow honorably discharged him from service. Isn't that wild? So don't just picture, I want you to feel it. See the sales notifications, the full client roster, the calendar that is filled with things, that is a balance for you. There's the Pilates, there's the long hike.
There is the hour and a half client call that you can't wait to be on. There's your kids' soccer match that you can't wait to get to. And. Gossip with all the parents and scream at the children and have the best fun, like all of it is in balance. The freedom in your calendar is felt with an exhale. Number five.
I want you to close your evening strong. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I believe in evening routines more than I do morning routines, and it's my routines by the way. It sounds quite rigid, even with that word is like a minute in the morning and a minute at night. That's it. I don't have this big, long, drawn out thing.
Like most of the day I'll wake up and jump straight onto my phone and straight onto my laptop, and I'm going. You know, like there's, there'll be like a spark of an idea that I woke up with. I don't need to do like 65 minutes of journaling before I'm in my business, but each to their own. Coming back to closing your day Strong each night with a simple reminder, I want you to say this.
Okay. Listen up, you're listening. I am living proof that the flow of money never stops and it grows with me. I'm gonna say that again. I am living proof that the flow of money never stops and it grows with me. I say that every single night. It's like a little mantra that I have going on, and it works for me and I love it and I wanna share it with all of you, and you iterate the the saying as you will.
But I'm living proof that money flows to me and it never stops and it grows with me. If you do these daily, these are, these is the habits. This is the growing your muscle. This is how you start to step more into this belief system, this law of assumption. Watch what happens. This is how you reset your money energetics.
This is how you change up the way that your brain thinks. Neuroplasticity is a real thing. The more you tell yourself the things that are. True the things that you believe in and you, the more you dismiss the things that you've always thought was true, which is I'm not a success. It's really hard to get clients.
It's really hard to get money. It's really hard to stand out. The more you request that right in your system, the more things will show up for you in the way that you've always dreamt for it too. And this is how you are resetting your energy and calling in the next big wave because you become it. Now I wanna talk to you about the timing of the last quarter.
This is as of I'm recording this, it's mid-September. We are in the thick of the last quarter of its year of this year, and it has its own energy and business. All of you listening in are business owners. You are brand owners. You are creating something. You've got a service. You're selling a digital product, whichever bucket you fall into, I really want you to hear this.
This is momentum season, okay? Collectively, people are making decisions faster. They're spending more freely, they're leaning into investments that they've been sitting on all year, and you'll see it everywhere. You'll see it from the holiday sales to businesses closing out their budgets, to people wanting to, you know, if you're in corporate, they're wanting to sign you up for next year and wrap things up and get things going.
There's this natural urgency in the air and you. Yes, you get to tap into that. So instead of looking at quarter four and thinking, so this is where maybe you are journaling some stuff out. We just wanna rephrase it. You are thinking next year 'cause you maybe subconsciously you've written off the rest of this year, you're like the year's early over what ifs.
Next year I'm going to be doing this. Let's bring it back to this year's energy. This year is not nearly over. There's still a lot that you can accomplish between now and the 31st of December. If you are writing, like, I'm gonna start afresh in January, or I'm gonna quit my job and go all in in January, I want you to start beginning shifting into the energy of this day is my launchpad, this activity is my launchpad, and I'll do this every single day as I'm posting, wherever I'm posting.
I'm posting on Instagram three to four times a week at the moment, and that feels good to me. So let's say it's one of the days I'm posting to my feed. This is a launchpad to something huge. This is a launchpad to this amazing funnel, just flowing and effortlessly bringing in clients every single day.
Okay, so if we think about the end of this year. My loves. This is when you begin to pick up the sprint. If you're in athletics, if you've ever done running, this is that last little quarter of that race. This is when you let your belief amplify. Even though things are hurting and even though you're feeling a little lethargic, you've got it.
You've trained for this. This is the life that you've called in because the collective is already riding that wave of momentum and it's there for you. Money moves differently in the last quarter. Like the crowd starts to cheer a little bit more. When that bell goes last lap, let's go. If you've watched the Olympics, like the crowd starts getting more and more, you know, louder, and they're calling things out and the flags are going, that's kind of how it feels like for me.
When I like close my eyes and I visualize it, it's like, ding, ding, ding. Okay, let's go. Opportunities are accelerating. The crowd is standing, the expectation is there, and if you are holding up. The assumption that, okay, like things are not gonna work out for me and I'm gonna ride off this year. That's exactly what's gonna happen.
If you're holding the assumption that you are gonna ride that wave straight into the biggest cash flow of your year, that's also going to happen. I've been slowly getting through a new book. I've been reading a book called Into the Magic Shop. I shared it on Instagram. It's by Dr. James Dotty, DOTY. Get it on Amazon.
And again, the book's called Into the Magic Shop. I actually heard of this book from Irina Lanka. She has just won the US Open and she was talking about how this book has helped her really rewire so many of her beliefs, but also talks a lot about kindness and talks a lot about forgiving yourself and things like that.
But I love this passage that Dr. James Doty wrote in the book, and I've got it written down. It says. The brain doesn't know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. When you create a picture in your mind, you give your brain a blueprint, and your heart, when aligned with that vision, sends a powerful signal to the world around you.
Mm. I love when doctors like he's a neuroscientist. I love when doctors. Confirm what's going on in the spiritual and energetics world, don't you? It's so good. It's so satisfying. But this is science meeting spirituality. This is the exact same principle that Mr. Neville Godard taught me all of this year.
Through the law of assumption, your body and your brain and your energy field, they cannot distinguish between imagination and reality, which is why when Teddy got called up to the next soccer team, he was sort of, I mean, he was happy. He is like, it's weird, mom. Like I kind of feel like that was gonna happen for me anyway.
Exactly. Exactly. So when you sit in belief, when you assume the money, when you assume that your, no, let's say it like this. When you live it as done, your nervous system begins to align with that reality, and soon enough, the outside world has no choice but to follow it. It has no choice. Right? So as promised, I'm gonna do a very quick, let's try and do a under 60 seconds, a money visualization.
If you can right now, close your eyes with me. If you can come back to this part of the podcast. If you can't right now, timestamp it, I'll leave all the timestamps below. Let's go take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale slowly out the mouth.
Now picture yourself at the end of this year. It's December 31st. You are finding yourself sitting somewhere quiet, but that feels really expansive for you. That might be on your balcony, might be somewhere a beautiful garden that you're taking a walk around to close out the year. And as you are doing this.
You are looking back at this last quarter, just this last quarter, not the whole year, and you are smiling because you know that this was the season that everything shifted for you. Your bank balance is looking so healthy. Your stripe or your PayPal notifications, they have been coming in thick and fast.
You haven't seen it all this year necessarily at that pace, but there was something about this last quarter, your ideas, the coupon codes, the selling, the conversations, the seeds that you've planted, they all came into fruition, and you feel this gratitude in your body. As each of the clients said yes, even if it was a $7 digital product or a $5,000 offer, you felt that you felt the gratitude washing over you like the cool ocean wave.
Now imagine this is you as an everyday version of you. You have more than enough. You have the freedom of paying for things with ease. You have the freedom of giving hugely into overload, generosity, moments with your family. Now, step into that version of you, the one who decided to not wait for compliments, the one who didn't wait for validation, the one who assumed that despite whatever was going on in the world with.
Metrics and with results and with data that it was already done, and you are so proud that you lived from that place. Take another breath in with a smile, and smile even deeper. Smile even deeper. Show me, show me your Trumpers. Show me your teeth. Lock it in. My love. Feel that certainty as you exhale, feel the flow, as you exhale.
Feel the abundance that you're giving back to others as you exhale. When you are ready, open your eyes knowing you are all ready living it. Ah, okay. I'm gonna open my eyes too. So as we step into this last quarter of the year. Let this be your reset. Assume it's done. No more waiting for compliments, for recognition, for proof, we're working on belief.
Your intrinsic belief system here, belief comes from you. It comes from your daily practice. It comes from holding the assumption. This is the season to go big. All right. The bell has gone, ding, ding, ding, last quarter of the year. Let's go. We're gonna step into it now because it is all ready. Done. I'm so excited for you.
Go and check out my last episode. I know that's gonna give you a real surge forward, a real excitement for what's to come. And also, please, guys, I would love it if you could come on over to Instagram and let me know what really hit you the most. What was most exciting for you to listen to? What was it that really channeled you into this belief that it's done?
I'm assuming this end of year is gonna be the best end of year I've ever experienced. Love you all so, so much.
