We’re in December - the last turn of 2025 - and I’m leaning into closure, celebration and a soft reset.

This year has been a chapter‑ending one: old business models retired, a fresh passive income + daily sales model born, and lots of inner work and growth.

Today I’m reflecting on it all: from Black Friday surprisingly flowing into December, to what felt aligned - and what didn’t.

I’m sharing why I decided to simplify my offer stack, why I’m saying farewell to courses that served their time, and how I’m clearing space to step into 2026 with clarity, energy and intention.

Happy, happy December my loves. Can you believe that I am recording this on the 1st of December and we are at the very, very last turn of 2025. Like, how did this happen? Ah, and I think I've said it fairly consistently all year, that this has been a very, very pleasant year for the business and a real like chapter ending year for us.

It's kind of been closing off a lot of the old models and you know, I talked a lot about it in the Cut Simplify Scale workbook, which I'll leave in the show notes below if you wanna have a look and have a good read through that I have deployed, implemented everything that I said I would in that workbook.

And this year has been a year of also fresh beginnings with the passive income model, the daily sales model coming through. And I've just loved it. I've loved being back in the experimental space. Just loving being back in business. So yeah, here we are in December and I just feel very reflective of what has been 2025 and how wonderful it has truly been in terms of my own personal growth and coming back to self.

Also, if you listen to last week's episode, which was a highly spiritual, very big, you know, manifestation woo woo share from me and you commented, left me a message dmd me, voice messaged me. Honestly. Honestly, I. From the bottom of my heart, I am floored with how many of you explained the meanings behind what I was talking about and your interpretation of what was going on for me.

I am so thankful for the time that you've set aside to even just lean in and have downloads come through for me. Like, thank you, thank you, thank you. It means the absolute world. I wrote every single one of these down. It's in my journaling. Now, the things that you shared, which really highly resonated, honestly.

I am taking with me and meditating on those uh, aspects. So yeah, you guys are incredible. And I'm sitting here, it's one of those moments that I'm pinching myself right now as it's the 1st of December, I'm actually recording whilst Black Friday sales are still happening for me. So I started Black Friday on the 26th of November, and like I said, it's the first, so it's the ending of my Black Friday sales campaign, but it is still happening.

I'm watching sales come in quietly in the background all weekend, and even whilst I'm sitting here, I see the dings coming in. It's literally the only notification that I have on my phone because it's just so abundant to see sale sale coming through. And I'm very grateful, truly not in a big fanfare way, and not in a sort of look what we did in terms of revenue kind of way.

I'm just so grateful and I, I actually just wanna quickly just say a really warm shout out to a few of you who've come through. In the last few days, like I'm just gonna quickly open up my phone. I have my Sam cart, which is my checkout system linked to my slack. So my slack pings me the sales. So Kelsey, who grabbed five courses, Felicia with three.

I lean with nine courses. Eileen, I think you. I think you took out the record there. That's amazing. Laura with three, Jovanna with two. I mean, it just keeps going. And also so many familiar names that I've seen over the years. You have no idea how much it means to see you return and grow and evolve and continue to journey with me.

But we have also had 300 brand new customers, brand new meaning that. People who have literally never ever bought from my business and my company before, and I am so blown away. So it says a lot about the community. It says a lot about the trust that's been built, and it says a lot about the power of simple offers that actually meets people where they're at.

And this year has been a reminder that business gets to feel clean and intuitive. That's been a real theme for not just me, but a lot of my clients that I am actively coaching this year and those that are drawn into the world of working with me, coaching, mentoring, in the daily sales model, there really is this collective nod towards, can we just push less?

Can we just listen more? Can we just let go of the noise and be more in tune with our alignment more than ever? I'll give you an example, Ashley. Last year's, black Friday was shit. I had put so much energy and so much effort into having this Black Friday for last year in 2024. Go big, you know? And if I really lean back into the energy of that time, I was really, really not in a great space because I was so frustrated with my business.

I had been in back to back meetings all year. I was running three day live events every single. Quarter, sometimes every single six weeks. I was heavily delivering into my coaching programs. I had a team that was just not, like, not in alignment with where I really wanted the business to be at, and I was tired, you know, like we were selling a house.

We were about to pack and move. So anyway, on top of all of this, I decided to do like a full production Black Friday, and that meant videos for every offer I was reading off scripts. I had. Emails lined up for the whole Black Friday period where my team were like writing them for me and I was just confirming them and tweaking them a little bit, but I didn't write them personally from scratch.

I had spreadsheets everywhere. We had forecasts everywhere. We had dedicated posts that were meant to go out on certain dates on Black Friday, and everything was so fully polished and so built out. And that just even feels like, I feel the ick saying that that is not how I ever wanna run my business.

Ever, ever, ever, ever again. I do not wanna have these like heavy things that I have to meet and have, you know, even scheduled posts to go out during sale periods Like that is just not how I like to operate. And I have just come back to my full self this year and we just, honestly, Michael and I were just like, you know what?

Let's just not do what we did last year. 'cause that felt like a lot. And this year the energy is so clean and so nice and I don't know, I just kept getting this nudge, a couple of nudges about what Black Friday was gonna mean for us this year. That's what I wanna get stuck into to inspire you to kind of do a bit of a year end sweep out of anything in the business that doesn't belong anymore for 2026.

And this is the perfect time. Like even if you've missed Black Friday, it doesn't matter. I'm just using that as an anchor. But you've still got all of December to really think about this. Okay? So this time around I was like, you know what? I know that there are a lot of courses on my courses page that, um, need to be retired.

The cycle of those courses have come to a close. The chapters need to end, and I love my courses. I love them so much like all of them that I made were made in such alignment to where I was at the things that I was passionate to teach on, like things that I know a lot of my clients who went ahead and bought those courses at the time, it truly changed their lives.

And I've had them sitting on the Flow State business courses page pretty much all year, and anyone can go in those pages and shop at any time. They're open at any time as a self-study. And that's happened pretty much all year. People have gone in and they've decided what they've wanted and they've picked in, chosen what they've needed and they've gone ahead and checked out in the shopping cart, which is awesome.

But I also know that a lot of those courses aren't meant to come with me next year. And I knew that this Black Friday was an opportunity to give them the sendoff that they deserve and give them the spotlight that they deserve. And honestly, there were some courses that were sitting there for months and months and months and hadn't been looked at, clicked on, bought.

So I'm like, okay, well, you know, obviously we've moved on. Like there's different, there's different timeline that's happening right now. So I decided to put all of my courses on a $47 sale. Every single one. The new courses, the courses that I had priced before at like 6, 9, 7, 5, 9, 7, 4, 9, 7, all of them became $47 from the 26th of November through to the 1st of December.

And do you know what it felt? So right, I'm gonna talk about this because I know that for some it'll be like, how can you just heavily discount from 5 97 to 47? It honestly, it just felt so aligned. It felt generous, the energy felt accessible. It felt like something my audience could jump into without second guessing, and for me it was just a real thank you and a real nod to the times that those courses had a, you know, helped thousands of students and generated so much for the business.

Also at the same time, a lot of them were collecting digital dust and hadn't really had its time in the spotlight for many years. And it was time to just say thank you so much to it. Like some of you OGs will know courses like Big Dollar Energy permission slip, call it in. Call it In, was a huge cause in 2021.

All about business journaling and all these, uh, new and noteworthy. All of those, uh, they literally went on sale. So that is happening right now and why the sales are just flowing in. And every time I have to say, I sat down to try and strategize this Black Friday model and think about like, oh, maybe I should add a bump.

Maybe I should add an upsell. Maybe I should get really fancy and do bundles and bundles of things anytime my brain tried to make it more complex and more fancy and more strategic or bigger. It was like, no, no, they're not doing that. Stop it. It was just like this little voice going, Nope, we're keeping it simple.

Nope. Let it breathe. Nope, everything's 47. Stop it, stop it, stop it. It was just so hilarious, and I was like, okay, fine. Every course is $47. That's the whole plan, and I'm not gonna pitch anything. There's no heavy like runway buildup. I, I didn't even like have a wait list of like. Jump on the wait list and you get the first look at the $47 courses.

It was just cold Turkey guys. Courses are on sale for $47 up until the first sent an email. And that was it. Like, and okay, so activity wise, what I did, and you are going to be so flawed, I sent four emails to the whole list. Now I have about 7,000 on my list. Okay, so that's context there. Four emails to my whole list, each email.

Was under a hundred words, a hundred, a hundred words or so. So very short. Some of them were even just like two sentences. I then sent one last email, a fifth email, to only the visitors of the courses page. So my system, Kartra, where I host all of my courses, can tag you guys when you click on links. So that's really handy because then I can just segment off to the people who clicked on the courses page.

And I'll give you the numbers. So the amount of people who clicked on the courses page out of a 7,000 person email list was only, I'm gonna air quotes, only 480 people who actually went to the shop page and checked out the $47 office. So you can work out the percentage there. It is not like, oh my God, like thousands and thousands of people went to my Black Friday page.

The proportion of people who actually wanted to take a look was teeny tiny. Okay. But they're the numbers then on Instagram. I did not even have a feed post. Nope. And you're going, what kind of social media business coach are you? Rubes? I'm just, I've come to a very clear realization that. Sales happen so much more in Instagram stories, so much more, and it's been the biggest shift for IG this year.

For me, I've stopped sharing all of my lifestyle stuff like not stopped, but 80 20, 80% I'm selling or leading people to my long form Evergreen. And 20% of the time I post a picture of my coffee, of my wine. In 2024 and even prior to that it was 80% lifestyle. Like, here is my son, here is my friends, here is what I'm doing.

Here is a concert I'm going to, here are the travels. And yeah, that's fun from time to time. But my sales have lifted significantly. I think like. I have to get the proper stats for you guys, but basically every day I post on stories, I'm making hundreds and hundreds of dollars in sales. And it would not have happened if I didn't change the model to be like this.

So coming back to that, uh, black Friday sales were only shared on Instagram stories, and all I did was a daily Instagram post that was designed in Canva, Instagram story, I mean, and with a link out to the courses page. That's it. It was really not chaotic. It was really, there was no launch energy behind it.

I'm like, oh, okay. So I went out, it was my birthday yesterday, so I had lots of little fun celebrations and I was like, oh, quit. I'll come back and just post something on stories. So it wasn't launch energy, it was just, oh, I better tell them that it's ending. I better let them know that we are finishing things up.

I better just let the group know the ones that are interested, that they've got a couple of hours left to go. It just reminded me so much you guys, that the simplest path is often the one that performs the best because last year's, black Friday, where it was highly performative and highly planned out was so bad compared to where we are this year.

This year we've actually hit a record record number of sales in seven years of business. This is the year we have hit. The most record number of sales. We've broken so many records, like it's crazy, and I haven't got the official stats yet because we're still finishing off today. We've got three more hours to go, so it's gonna go bananas.

But I just wanna remind you all that people don't always need more information. I actually deleted all those videos that I did last year for my courses and instead I just, I, what I did was I used Notebook, lm. Which is the AI that is created by Google. I took all of my courses and transcribed them through Notebook lm, and then I got Chat GPT to summarize it in three sentences.

So it left me with really clear descriptions of what each course was about. So for example, course in a Day is a 15 module micro training that teaches you how to build a complete digital course fast. Cash Creator is a 10 module mini course that teaches you how to build simple, low ticket digital products that create daily sales in Flow Signature offers.

That Sell On Demand is a three part workshop that helps you build one magnetic core offer that becomes the center of your entire business, so on and so forth. Before I had video explanations, all of the modules listed out, here's what you get, 1, 2, 3, 4, and here are the client testimonials. I honestly just dumped all of that for one single paragraph and that was ease.

And I get it. Like some of you, if you're in human design and you understand it, you are a one line. You want all of the information. But Black Friday, particularly for me, was not about the deep information. It was about, let's go. Do you want this? Here it is. This is exactly what you're gonna get. How many modules, this is what we're covering.

If you wanna learn this in one sentence, and you can read it and understand that this is for you. So it was incredible. Honestly, black Friday has been a real permission slip for me, and honestly, it's just sparked something so much deeper and I think it's just set me up so clearly for 2026. Because I'm actually retiring.

A lot of courses, heaps of them are going, I'll name some of the ones that you'll, you won't see on my page anymore when you click into it on Wednesday. So quantum productivity, permission slip, call it in, is going Big Dollar Energy is going ignite your online coaching practice. Signature offers is going flow driven.

Vision is going. Storytelling for business. New and noteworthy, like all these ones are being retired and they are, when I say they are. The courses that have brought me multiple millions of dollars over the years, I truly mean that. But it's time and it's not because they're no longer valuable. And it's certainly not because it hasn't changed lives, but it's because I've evolved and I've been so scared to let these guys go because they have meant so much for the business.

They've meant so much for my community, for you guys. But I have to, and I think this has come from. This beautiful awakening that I had and what I shared in last week's episode. My teaching style has evolved. My message has evolved. The way I show up for you guys has changed. And I don't wanna carry this heavy library of courses that feels like past versions of me, past versions of how I operated in business, past versions of how I showed up for my brand.

Like if you think about all the offers that you've had, and maybe I'm speaking to those of you who've been in business, you know, more than a couple of years, and you've got courses, you've got master classes, you've got things that you've never even shared after delivering them live. I see you, I used to do that, but let's say your off shelf gets really crowded and it's sitting in the backend of your systems and you are just like, you see them and they feel heavy.

It becomes harder for people to know what you are actually about. What you actually want to be known for and when it's clean, people understand your brand. When they see your office suite. Branding is one thing. You know, looking at your visuals is one thing, but understanding your offers is where the trust deepens.

It's like, well, this person has an amazing personal brand and I love their color scheme, and I love their photos, but I don't really understand their offers. That's gonna mean something in terms of deepening your trust with the audience. Your sales flow will be so much easier when the translation from the front end, which is your Instagram or your LinkedIn or your podcast, is clear when they land on your office suite and they go, oh, I totally get what you're about.

That energy returns so fast. So heading into 2026, I am definitely going to be pairing. Everything back initially to three or four core courses. So the courses that are staying are gonna be boosting basics course in a day. Cash Creator, business energetics, and Flow State business. So that's five. We're keeping five so far.

And these are the strongest pieces that I have. These are the most aligned, these are the ones that represent where my work is going. And then for the next year, you're gonna see little micro offers come through. Again, I've got so many ideas and keep messaging me. I get a lot of dms from you guys saying, Hey, roofs, have you got a course on this?

And if you don't, can you make one? So please never hesitate to ask me to make courses or trainings. I will absolutely do that. I'm going to literally throughout all of next year, have little drops of teaching that naturally leads to the Daily Sales Mastermind. So you guys will see that. Like if you love the mini courses, you'll love the Mastermind.

My mastermind is highly affordable and it's an all year mastermind and a lifetime access. So basically it's one fee. One, one fee for the entire Mastermind. And it is so good. Like you'll be shocked. Most masterminds are what? $5,000 beyond it is definitely not that. It's like way less than that and for the entire lifetime for you wanting to be in the daily sales model.

So we've got that and all the coaching in all the energetic alignment and the daily sales rhythm is going to lead back to the mastermind. That's something I'm gonna be mastering, refining, going deeper with in this next season. And I am so excited because this is so intentional and so I wanna talk about you.

This is up to this point, everything is, you know, just giving you updates on what's changing and what's shifting for me and what, what are some of the new things. I know it, you love that, but I, that's enough. Like we need to talk about what you can do. I want you to consider this for your own business as well.

That is if you're feeling really stretched thin by your current product suite or anything in the business that is just feeling old, dusty, heavy, hasn't seen the light of day, you haven't even felt like promoting or messaging or selling it, it feels messy and your audience doesn't even know what the hell it is that you are selling.

This is your sign to reset and refine. I want you to create something and actually look at your product suite for 2026. Something that you would love to make? Is it a mastermind? Is it three mini offers? Is it a couple of eBooks that really helps you feel aligned in what you wanna teach? And the feeling of alignment is the feeling of alive.

The feeling of alignment is the feeling of alive. So you are feeling pumped and ready to go. This is the time of year to clear things out. Okay, I want you too. Let's list things out. We are gonna wrap up a lot of loose ends, whatever that means to you. Closing off clients, closing off Masterminds, courses that you no longer want.

I want you to refresh your pipeline. Think about how do you wanna monetize in your business next year? And if the one-to-ones that you've been trying to sell all year have gone nowhere, then it's time for a bit of a refinement. Why have they not been selling? Do they need to just, instead of it being this one massive six month program, be a one month program, a way that you can offer a quick win to somebody.

Let's reset your content. Is it where it needs to be? I'm not gonna talk about on this episode, but I accidentally rebranded. I'll talk about it in another one, but I truly mean it was so random. And just in true style, my style, I just accidentally rebranded to whole new colors in a whole new aesthetic. So you can go check it out on Instagram, you guys, but I love it.

I love it, but it's still kind of messy because I haven't upgraded the podcast cover or the website, but it needed to happen. I needed to reset my content in this way, and my engagement has tripled since I've done that. So maybe that's my next episode. If you guys want that, let me know. I want you to clean up your digital space.

So this could mean cleaning up your folders, anything on your desktop, closing off tabs, things that you don't need. Delete, delete, delete, clear out space and space on your disc. All those things. They really help clean out your physical space. Look around your office and if there's just random papers lying around, or if you're gross and there's tissues around that you haven't gotten rid of, just do that babe, like it needs to go.

Okay. I honestly can see right now I've got a pile of incense, um, ashes that are collecting in my incense dish, and that is pissing me off like I'm a bit of a need freak, so that needs to go. So clean out your physical space and really lean into this refinement energy. This is everything by the way, even though they seem like really teeny, tiny steps.

These are the steps into 2026 that you can do now and not later, and you might not feel like, you know, working or doing anything too deep. That's totally fine. I caught up with a beautiful client of mine. Shout out Terry. She came up to the Gold Coast and we had a quick coffee and she's like, I just wanna just, just enjoy the rest of this year.

I'm like, girl, you deserve it. Like if you are in that energy and you just wanna go for swims and have long coffees, that's fine. But these are the things that you can do in the in-between. You know, it's not heavy lifting, it's just preparing. Preparing for an awesome, exciting, huge start to next year. Now, black Friday, again, I wanna say it was a real symbol for me about alignment and trusting the nudge.

Honoring the work and saying a really heartfelt thank you to the work that I had done. So whatever you need to anchor to that, do that and keep yourself feeling deeply supported by surrounding yourself with people that you are also choosing to take with you next year. Okay. I'm being very ruthless with that.

I am really taking a look around my environment, my business, my friendships, the conversations I'm holding, what I'm letting happen to. The way that I'm eating and drinking my body, my mindset, what I'm letting through in terms of the books I'm really diving into. This is a beautiful time to really look at this in terms of where your energy matters the most and where you wanna be.

Okay? So to everybody who has purchased and message and shared this year, and simply just being around and listen to this podcast, thank you so much. Honestly, I will always say that your presence here matters, and there is such a collective amazing, oh my gosh, just community. I feel every single time I jump on the podcast, Mike, and I cannot wait to walk into next year with you.

All right, um, I'll see you for next week's episode. And I think that will mean that's our, maybe it's our last one or our second last, uh, it's, we're coming to the end of this year's podcast flow. And then I'm gonna take a break for a couple of weeks and then we are back in the new year. I always do this every single year.

I've had the podcast for six years now, but I have not missed a single week all year. And I'm very proud of that and I love that. And that's why the podcast has grown so much. Oh, your girl needs a bit of a break from all the things over Christmas and New Year's, and then I'll be back fresh in 2026. So don't worry, there'll be plenty of episodes you can go back to and binge on.

But in the meantime, enjoy the start of December, start thinking about closing off those loose ends, and I will catch you in the next episode. Bye. My loves.
