And no, I really don't think it's luck, even though people love telling me it is.

The truth is I create them. I make the space, I send the signal, and they come.

It's almost embarrassing how simple it is once you see it.

So this one's about what happens when you stop waiting and actually send up the flare. I open the door, I put myself out there, and I show you exactly how to do the same.

 Welcome back to the podcast, guys. I am very sorry to report that it is a solo episode. It is back to just me. You guys loved the episode with Michael last week. I was just looking at how many listens we had, and we definitely had two major spikes after his episode dropped, and you guys are so hilarious in the DMs. Oh, your messages just crack me up. I read the ones that you guys had specifically written to him, because he doesn't have an Instagram, so that was really sweet. And, uh, yeah, he just... He, he loves you guys back. That was awesome. But it is just me today, but I have a very, very cool episode. I'm back fresh from a Reiki and healing session. I did almost a three-hour session with my amazing healer, Amy, and I feel so balanced. I feel so excited for what's ahead. Oh, and I have to say, the last couple of days, I have had five very clear words come to me. So I should say, they're all the same words, but I've heard it five times The words are buckle up. Buckle up. So let's see if I can remember where I've heard them. So the first one, I actually read it inside of the Iron Flame book. Hilarious. I won't tell you why it was said, no spoilers, but basically buckle up. Then I heard it on a tennis podcast I was listening to, Andy Roddick's podcast. He was talking about the French Open finalists, and he was talking about one player and he said, "Well, they better buckle up because they're about to just fly through the roof." Love that. Then I heard it off a tarot card reader that I follow on YouTube. I've followed him for years. His name's Minnow Pond, if you're interested. And he goes, "Sagittarius, you guys better buckle up." And I was like, "Ooh, third time." Fourth time, heard it on a TV ad. Literally so funny. Buckle up. Fifth time was with Amy, and she's like, "Your guides want you to buckle up, and I see you in an F1 car." And it's like you've just put the helmet on, they're talking to you through the helmet, and they're just doing the pre-checks and they're going, "Check, check, check. Uh, just checking that you're buckled up." And I was like, "Yes, buckled up." So it's, uh, almost like a takeoff is happening. And I kid you not, just before I landed here in my studio, I looked out and I can see into a building across the road from me, and it's, like, quite far away. But anyway, I was like, "I wonder why it's catching my eye." So I can see this building, and inside one of the apartments, sort of creepy, I'm sorry guys, but I could see their TV was on. I literally, I promise I never do this, but I got my phone out and I zoomed right in on their TV, and it w- it looked like F1 qualifiers. And they were... There was, like, some sort of a major car race going on, like F1 style cars. What? And Amy said that I was in a blue F1 car, and when I zoomed in on the TV, it was a blue F1 car. What the actual... Anyway, we don't question. We don't question. It is signs from things outside of us. So anyway, I'm very excited. I also wanted to share something else because it has been, oh my goodness, massively working. So I've got an affirmation that's sitting in front of me. I've got a little mini whiteboard. It's got a gold border around it, and I've written a bit of a June success spell, so I wanted to share it with all of you. This is, it is still early June. So please take from it what you will, and you can borrow my words, you can write your own, but I'll share this with you, and then I'll share the things that have fallen from it since I wrote it seven days ago on my whiteboard. I call upon the boundless energy of the universe to expand my horizon. I tear down and destroy all the ceilings built above my success. My vision reaches all corners of the globe, and I claim my center stage. My digital footprint expands like wildfire, drawing the highest vibrational soul tribe of clients possible. I am now very famous for my niche, and my name is spoken in rooms of impact and of wealth. I attract international VIP days, speaking gigs at a high-paid level. Huge brand deals are locking in into this timeline on Earth time. Money is flowing towards me in epic waves, and all of this is achieved in effortless and infinite flow Guys. Okay, this is what this episode is about, 'cause I wanna talk about what's come from it. But I also have a really beautiful affirmation that is sitting on my home screen. So I follow this one, um, she's... Actually, she's an astrologer that I just really am so magnetized to. She's on Instagram. Her name is May Like The Month, M-A-Y, and her whole Instagram name is May Like The Month. Anyway, I love her energy so much. And she shared this, and I put this on my phone, and it has also contributed to all of this magic already in June. So the affirmation is, "Everything meant for me is already gravitating toward me at impossible speed." So I'm seeing what's on my whiteboard and what's... Obviously, I'm seeing what's on the home screen, whatever, like 25,000 times a day, or however long I look at my... however many times I look at my phone. But also, when I sit down in my office studio and I'm looking at this whiteboard, one of the first things I see is, "I call upon the boundless energy of the universe to expand my horizon." There is something so incredibly powerful about this. Like, I, I just know that it's moving so much in my reality. It's shifting timelines. I feel like my goals that I had on my dream board and on my vision board, the time around achieving that is folding really fast. Sometimes you don't even really need evidence of that happening. You just know it. I don't know if you've ever had that feeling, but obviously there's signs around, and there's things that are coming up. Like, this is sort of a very nuanced example, but Michael and I are looking to purchase a house, and one of the things that we want is a lot more land. A backyard, a yard space, with basically enough land that we can build in a cricket pitch. So if you don't know how long that is, it's quite long. But one of the things that we wanna do, 'cause Teddy's obsessed with cricket, is actually build in, you know, like a, a nets, so he can bowl and bat, and then there's nets that go around it. And out of nowhere, Michael's scrolling on his phone, and I guess we've been talking about it, so the algorithm is the algorithm and it listens to us. But it's the nichest business that's come up saying, "Are you wanting to build cricket nets in your backyard?" And these are signs to me where I just take that and go, "Well, the house hasn't appeared necessarily yet," but it's in our vortex. And such a niche company and an ad showing up for us is not a coincidence. I, I don't believe that it's just the algorithm. I think it's just put it- putting it front and center in our 3D reality that it's on its way. So that's magic. I, I just love this beautiful magic. There is something in the air right now, and I'm feeling so connected to my spiritual team and just to source energy. And I just have seen so many angel flares on my camera as I've been filming content and stuff, just beautiful signals, you know? So this is what I wanna talk to you about, okay? Like, since really in, being in this energy, and I'm quite honestly in this energy a lot, but I haven't dedicated an episode to this in a little while. I don't know about whether or not you felt this, and maybe it was the Gemini element in May, but there was a lot of information going on in May. Just information, even if we just bring it right into the business sense, it just felt like overload. My algorithm was feeding me tips and advice. My YouTube was giving me amazing strategies. People were saying, "Do this, try that." Someone had a $1.3 million launch in three weeks, and they did this and they did that, and read this book, and do this YouTube strategy, and make sure that your hooks are right. And it just was a lot. Like, I just... It's funny, I was really hungry for it, but at the same time I felt overwhelmed by it So I think that's why by the end of May, I was like, "Fuck this." Like, I just need to, like, unsubscribe from a lot of things and just come back into me. And then I booked in this session with Amy, and I just feel so much more balanced, and she's just rebalanced so much with my energy, that it's spurred me on, alongside what I've written for June, my affirmation on my phone, to take back my own personal power. And I really sat with, what do I want to achieve, not even for the rest of this year, 'cause that might just still feel a little bit too ahead. But even what would be really cool in this moment to say that I conjured out of thin air? And I want you to also think about this. What would be something that you're like, "Wouldn't that be just so amazing if this happened? Isn't that so exciting that this has come into my reality? Wouldn't that be amazing that I did this, and as a result, experienced this?" So it's with that sort of same energetic space that I decided I was gonna go on a little overseas trip. You might have heard Michael say in the episode last week that he's not really in a phase where he wants to travel too much at the moment. He's just so happy being here. He wants to play his football. He's just not interested in travel and stuff, but I am. So it's not the first time we've done this, but I do travel a lot on my own. I really quite enjoy it. I- there's some sort of- Something that happens that activates my personal power. Anyhow, I'm like, "Well, I'm gonna go somewhere, but I don't wanna go somewhere too far." So for us in Australia, typically, that's the islands. But, like, you know, somewhere close by, I don't know, like Fiji or something, or it's Asia. So I'm like, "No, I'm gonna go, I'm gonna go to Asia." I feel Asia's cool. It's a, a l- a lot of buzz, a lot of good stuff for work. And I was like, "Where do I go in Asia?" 'Cause last year we did Japan and Korea. The year before we did Hong Kong, and I really thought I was Asia'd out. But anyhow, my parents messaged me, and they said, "Hey, um, you should come and hang out with us in Singapore when we're there. We're only gonna be there a few days, but come hang out in Singapore." And I was like, "Oh, Singapore, okay. Uh, let me have a think about it." Not, not that I don't love Singapore. I've been there, uh, twice. I mean, a few times for transits and stuff to Europe, but as in, like, visiting the country. So I've been there twice. It's been, like, over 15 years. So I haven't seen it since it's been really, really modernized. And then Michael goes, "Hey, you know, we've had a spike in our, uh, click-throughs on our website, and we can see where, you know, the IP addresses are from." And he's like, "They've all come from Singapore." And he showed me, and it was literally, like, 55% Singapore, 39% USA. Like, crazy. I was like, "What? Singapore in the house." Anyhow, then I was having a catch-up with one of my clients, uh, private clients, and she's Singaporean. And she goes, "Ruby, when you're in Singapore next, let me know. I'd love to do something with you." So these signs again, signs, signs, signs. Like, if you are in your energy, you'll know, because the signs keep repeating. If you're not in your energy, you're gonna try grasping at other people's energy, and it will just feel like not your strategy. It won't feel like your move that you're making. It'll feel like somebody else's. So this is what I do to make space for opportunities. Firstly, as I've already said, I set my, set my space up well, and this can be through meditation. This could be through Reiki. This could be through writing affirmations down, finding things that light you up. For me, it's the house, and I can see what it's gonna look like. And then I think about, right, so the signs and signals are Singapore is an open signal. Uh, VIP day is an open signal. So why don't I open spots for a VIP day exciting adventure in Singapore? I think I only wanna be there for, like, four or five days. So let's do that. Meanwhile- An event has come up, and they've reached out and they've said, "Would you like to come to our event?" Wow. Okay. I've sent the email out to my list, and I've said I'm opening spots, VIP days in Singapore. I get exactly two replies, 'cause I want two clients, and one of them says yes straight away. The other one's thinking about it. But the one who said yes straight away also referred me on to one of her friends, and now she's really keen. So cool. So, I'm definitely going to Singapore, and it will be one or two VIP days, maybe three if I can squeeze that in, plus seeing my parents, plus there's an event. So, do you see what I'm, what I've, what I'm talking about? Like, I've created that space. I've made space. I've put myself out there to say, "I'm coming to Singapore." I also put out a note to my LinkedIn account, 'cause I do have a lot of amazing connections all around the world on LinkedIn, and I said, "Guys, shameless plug, I'm coming to Singapore. If you want me to come speak at your event, if you wanna meet up, if you wanna talk about collaborations, I am an open, open book." So, there's a part of this where you're really putting yourself out there, but what's the worst that could happen? No one says yes, the opportunity isn't there. And my mentality around it is, "Okay. Wasn't meant to be." But this has happened so fast that I know it's meant to be. And it's funny because what happens is when you send the flare up and you send a signal out to say, "I want this." So in particular, I want to book more VIP days. I wanna travel for them. I'm just in that mood where I feel expanded by that thought. Then more opportunities come, and it's not necessarily just what you're saying. So because I sent my email list, "Hey, I'm coming to Singapore," I had another client of mine say, "Uh, would love to come to Singapore. But just wondering, can you host a VIP day for me? I'm just down in Byron Bay." Now, Byron Bay is a stunning part of Australia, and luckily for me, it's only a 45-minute drive from where I live. So I'm like, "Uh, yes. Let's do Byron, girl." So because I sent out the flare for Singapore, somebody else saw VIP day and went Byron Bay, and then I've got another client in Brisbane. Again, it's probably, like, a 45... No, what am I talking about? Probably an hour, hour and a half drive up north. So I'll also be doing that. So all of a sudden, there's a signal for in-person VIP days. And if you're listening to this going, "I wonder if she would come to me. I wonder if we would do something together," just send me through an, a DM on Instagram. This is my signal to you, shamelessly saying, "I'm a- open and available. My energy is here for in-person one-on-one." It's an incredible day together. We literally lay out your entire custom business strategy. We wine and we dine and we laugh and we just... It's so wonderful. It's so wonderful. I've been all around the world doing these. The point I'm trying to make here is it's not a coincidence that this happens for me. I think a lot of people, they don't mean to say it like this, but they may be like, "Well, it's lucky for you 'cause you've got a big client base. It's lucky for you 'cause you've been in this for eight years. It's lucky for you 'cause you've got a big list. It's lucky for you 'cause you've got a huge Instagram account. Lucky for you 'cause you've got LinkedIn." Guys, nothing about what I've just said is luck. I've opened the door of opportunity. I've sent the flare up. I've put myself out there. It's not easy because the ego's gonna go, "Well, if no one says yes to it, then you're a loser." That's not true at all. It really isn't, you know? And also as a part of that flare that I put out, someone goes, "Hey, wait, have I booked my ticket for the Gold Coast event that's happening in July yet?" And I was like, "Uh, no." And she goes, "Oh my God, I really meant to. I'm gonna do that right now." So even in that flare, someone else has gone, associated the IP day in person. She's running an event on the Gold Coast in July. The last workshop I attended was awesome. I should go to this one. So by the way, guys, also, I have a Gold Coast event happening mid-July. You have to come to that. It is gonna be amazing to meet you in person. I think I've... I'm down to the last five tickets. So I'll leave that linked below, but I would love to see you there. Come and travel to the Gold Coast. It's a beautiful time of year to visit, although it's raining this week. But it's absolutely stunning. Come, come. I'd love to show you around, okay? So that's, that's the opening spots, opening opportunities idea. Secondly, I've had some awesome brand deals this year. Unbelievable. Big brands. Big brands. Insta360, if you're a camera head, you will know them. They have incredible, amazing cameras that are teeny-tiny, and a lot of vloggers use them. They sent me three of their cameras. They paid me. They... I did a little ad for them on my stories. Unbelievable. Then pay.com.au came along. You've probably heard some of their integrations, and it's of a platform that I use. All my business expenses go through there. It's in exchange for points. I get to buy business class points. Uh, I get to buy business class flights through the points. That's how I'm going to Singapore, by the way. And both of these companies, to name a few, have come to me and they've dropped into my inbox, and they've asked, "Hey, do you wanna collaborate?" I'm like, "Yes." So that's amazing 'cause it's a reflection of my personal brand and me putting myself out there, and it's reaching brands that are genuinely legitimate and will pay, like, tens of thousands of dollars. But I'm making space for more. So because I've already seen evidence of this, it's kind of like with you. If you've already had clients sign up and you're ready for more, I've had brands say yes to me and I'm ready for more, guess what I'm gonna be doing? I am going to be grabbing this literally... By the balls. Not literally. But I'm gonna be doing something about it. I'm gonna be saying, "Hey, I want more of these, please." So I'm gonna make space for more brands to come in this year. So this is what I'm gonna do. I did Instagram Stories, and last week I was doing my hair, and I was basically saying, "Guys, I wanna work with these brands. I wanna work with beauty. I wanna work with tech more, especially content tech." Like any microphones and lighting-type companies that I'm gonna be using anyway, like my RODE microphones or, like, certain brands that I'm using. I want to also, uh, be a representative for the tech that I use anyway. So Adobe, like Adobe Podcast, Ecamm Live, Riverside. Zoom would be amazing. You know, uh, whatever tech I'm currently using, I would love to be associated with that brand and do a brand partnership with them. So not only did I put that out there on my Instagram Story, so that's kind of flaring out the signal, I'm also reaching out to them. I'm reaching out to them on Instagram, and on LinkedIn, and on emails. So, you know, I think that all of these combined, I'm gonna land a really big brand deal, and it's a whole thing where I can feel those timelines shifting for me because I am sending a vibrational signal of like, "I am ready. I want more of this." And like I said in the very start, my, my June spell, at the very end I said, "All this comes in, and it's effortless, and it's an infinite flow." So I'm not just doing this as a one-off. I'm literally saying, "This is what I'm now available for." And I'm excited because it's a great income stream. I've made about 30K so far this year, uh, off just brand deals, and I... That's Australian dollars, by the way, so that, that is all in Aussie, not US. Would love some US deals. But my goal for the end of this year is to get over 50, and I think that's too small now. I feel like we're gonna get that. Probably closer to, like, 75, 100K of extra revenue through brand deals. That's so nice. That will just go straight into a chunky savings pot, and I'm pumped for that. So that's, uh, that's another example, okay? So don't be afraid of making space for whatever you want, and reaching out, and trying some different things out, and taking a little bit of a, a risky risk. There's no risk, again, but in your mind I know you're gonna think it is, 'cause I thought it was too. And then something probably a little closer to home for coaches and consultants is I know that there is a huge contingency of you guys who are sitting there posting and posting and posting and posting and waiting and waiting and waiting. But you've not done your bit in actually sending up the flare. Hang with me, don't get angry, but I'll talk about what this means. And you haven't done your bit in actually really opening the doors up, like big double doors into your business. And ways that you can do this is not just creating these, you know, carousels thinking you're adding value in someone's life because Don't take this the wrong way. You're probably not achieving what you think you're achieving just by posting, 'cause people's attention spans are quick, and they might only just read your first slide and then move on to the next person, and you've probably spent a few hours on it. So what I'd love for you to do is to amplify that energy up more and send something out there on your Instagram Stories in particular. I don't care how many people watch your stories. It's, it's a done thing that Instagram Stories is where you mostly sell. Your email list is also 99% of the place where you will sell. Again, even if you have five people on your list, that's where you're going to be growing and selling. And lastly, it's your long form evergreen, so the podcast, YouTube, Substack, some examples there, where people can always come to your stuff in a long form way and spend 20 minutes, 30 minutes hanging out with you and listening to what you've got to say about something in detail. And then how you wanna sell inside of this space and open up the big double doors of opportunity is, again, by putting yourself out there just that little bit. Stick your neck out just that little bit more. Instead of being so passive and nice, nice about it, you're gonna say, "Hey, I'm... I would really love your feedback as to whether or not you'd be interested in joining a six-week group with me. This is what I'm thinking. I want to put together a six-week curriculum, and it's specifically gonna be based on how to access your spiritual guides. And inside of these six weeks, I'm gonna help you activate your third eye, and I'm gonna help you meet your guides, actually know who they are, and feel into their energy, and get them to give you specific instructions for your business growth. I've done this for many, many years with my clients, and I want to show you exactly what we're doing. If you're interested in that, let me know." Okay, so that's an example there of how I would coach one of my clients who's in more of the spiritual coaching realm. If it's a client who, let's say, is more on the operational side of things, and they're, let's say, doing a YouTube video, and the YouTube video is like, "Hey, guys, I want to show you this particular system. It's called Photoshop. I'm a photographer. I help a lot of my clients upgrade their photos so that it's of the highest quality, but I know that a lot of startup photographers- are using Photoshop in a very basic way, even though you've got advanced tools, and you're too scared to actually touch those tools. There's three or four major features inside of Photoshop that I wanna show you that's gonna take your photos from amateur photographer to professional photographer. I've been paid tens of thousands of dollars for my photos, and these are the exact settings that I use. So I'm gonna actually mentor a group of six of you to go from amateur photographer to professional. If you're interested in that, it's high touch. I'm also gonna send all the tutorials, all the instructions, plus also live feedback calls. Then can you please let me know? You have to do your part. That could be deciding on, yes, I wanna go overseas. I need it to be a fully paid for, full expenses paid for by the business trip. In order for that to happen, I'm gonna pick my location, and I'm gonna say I'm open for spots in New York City. I'm open for spots in Bali. I'm open for spots in Zimbabwe, wherever you are. And you're gonna put yourself out there because nothing's gonna change if nothing changes, babe. Brand deal, same deal. Put yourself out there. Reach out. Nothing bad's gonna happen, okay? Like, I probably had about 16 noes and no yeses yet, but I know I'm gonna get a lot of yeses very soon. So that's fine. It's part of the game. And then again, closer to home, mastermind spots, one-to-one spots. Use the template that I've literally just hot seated with you. I've given you three clear examples, including my own. We've got to make change. We've got to take the reins. This is the Year of the Horse. Your horse is going. It's either just grazing in a field somewhere 'cause you're letting it, or it's running wild because you haven't actually buckled up. Oh my God, do you see what I did there? I'm buckling up. I am. Literally, I'm ready. Universe, I am ready. Say this with me out loud. Universe, I am ready. I'm ready for everything meant for me, and all the wealth opportunities, and all the career opportunities to gravitate toward me at impossible speed on this timeline, on Earth time, collapsing timelines towards everything I desire now.
